Friendly and relatively efficient experience. I showed up several hours late and, although they had given my reserved car to someone else, gave me an alternative at same price without a fuss. Would go back again.

Very friendly and professional staff. Easy and fast booking, no surprises, no tons of extra charges. We were able to extend our booking with a single call, customer hotline is also easy to reach. Great services!

I've rented out cars twice here. Once I've selected a VW Golf and was upgraded to A4, and another time it was Mazda MX-5. Both cars were excellent. No complains from my side :)

Was able to book a car last minute for a multi-day trip. Was pleasantly surprised to find that I got upgraded when I arrived. Lars was very professional, friendly and spoke great English.

The car was great for my trip, we were allowed to take our small dog and got all the information we needed. There was a small problem with one of the parking sensors, but Lars cleared this up and put it into the contract to avoid any problems later on. Everything to do with the condition of the car was very transparent and clear. The vehicle seemed otherwise just like new, no complaints.

When returning, there were no places left in the SIXT bays at this location, but the employee was very understanding and said it wouldn't be a problem. I unfortunately didn't catch his name but he was Lebanese-German and really had great customer service skills. I would definitely say this was true for all people I spoke with at this location.

It's pricier than other options, but you get what you pay for. I would use SIXT again and can only recommend.

The level of digitalisation at SIXT is very impressive. Uncomplicated booking, friendly staff and first class cars. Waiting time at this station is usually very low and if it happens an upgrade comes usually for free. Thanks for the good service, would definitely recommend this place anytime.

Sixt is the worse company to rent a car! But i give 5 stars to this branch as it’s only branch who helped me to exchange car. As different sixt branch gave me broken car, as soon as i started car, screen was saying about engine problems! Sixt branch where i have rented car and customer service told me to fix it for my own money! For 11.5 hours i was driving through Germany with broken car from one branch to another.. and this branch was the only one who right away agreed to help! Thanks to the good man working there in the evening of 5th of August!

Switched to this SIXT center since 2022. Fast and efficient service with opening times that suit me very well. Good quality cars until now. High on my recommendation list, will continue with them.

I've rented a convertible car 2 months in advance for our wedding anniversary trip.

On the day of the trip Sixt employee called and said that they are not able to provide me with that car and there's no convertibles in the entire Berlin. So I was given two options: cancel the reservation or take some other kind of car. Either option wasn't good for me, and I was, of course, quite angry. Then the employee said that she'll try to figure something out.

After 3 hours she called again and said that I will be given a convertible with a free upgrade, so everything worked great for me and I received excellent service.
