Had a great experience with TK. They always have english-speaking customer service available, and I've always had a friendly, pleasant experience talking with them (which isn't necessarily the case with other services if you don't speak German unfortunately). Highly recommend them, particularly to non-German speakers.

I am insured here since four years. They have a great customer service and available to support you also in english. The TK app is very easy and user friendly, available also in English. You can receive all the required forms and documents in the app directly, and also file claims. It’s truly number one among public insurances especially for expats and internationals.

It was the best customer support experience ever in germany. The guy speaks english very well and answered all our questions patiently. He also printed the forms and lists for us and explained all of them very well. We were happy and satisfied.
