I was a customer here for a few years, I just needed to complete my tax returns. But lately every time I had an appointment with Mr. Zippel I was going through a very poor and rude communications from his side. Last year I decided to quit the association and submitted my letter of termination in person. I trusted this will be taken into account responsibly. This year they made me pay the membership fee again because my termination letter was simply lost. Although I provided the proof of my intention to quit last year, they didn't accept it and made me pay quite a high fee without providing any services. This organization is one big mess. I would not recommend to waste your time and money with them. They are very irresponsible dealing with the documents provided and they just make people pay very high fees for the membership without providing proper service. Stay away!

Do not use this business. There is absolutely no customer support: they are rude, unavailable and flat out terrible to deal with.

On top of that they are lazy, never act promptly and then charge you obscene amount of money for little to no work.

Use Taxfix instead, save your money and your sanity.

Very bad experience on multiple levels in the last three years with them, I encourage you to go somewhere else
