Cosmo Hotel Berlin Mitte

Our stay at the hotel was definitely memorable. We would first like to thank all the staff that made our honeymoon so special! In particular, Aimar who went above and beyond for us every time! Such a friendly face and a genuinely kind person we were very happy to see everyday! He made our experience even better and should definitely be rewarded for this! Fantastic team here and would never hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berlin! Amazing breakfast served each day (so definitely worth getting included with your booking price). A sauna that was fantastic! Bathrooms were amazing! Just no fault whatsoever! Can't thank the team enough!

Staff are very kind and supportive, I was given a free upgrade because of ample availability and I was fascinated by the hotel and the team from check-in to check-out.
Breakfast buffet is €20 and I believe it's worth it, you can have customized coffees and fresh eggs made for you.

Catherine Water at the front desk was so helpful, kind, professional and informative. Her cheerful greetings always made one feel 'at home.' The staff at breakfast was so friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and cozy. I highly recommend the Cosmo Berlin Mitte. You feel comfortable and part of a community due to the wonderful staff.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. It offered high standard, great location and delicious breakfasts. Big plus for the sauna, which was the best remedy after whole day of walking outside in cold temperatures (we’ve visited Berlin during December).

Modern, clean and quiet. Worth the extra money to get a suite—it’s large, has a nice layout and has views of the city. Corner room suite is best. Only downside is that the heat/cooling cannot be individually controlled in the rooms. FYI-the U-bahn station across the street across from the hotel had limited service it seemed due to construction (November 2022).

Great location for many attractions since close to U bahn and bus stops. Very polite and useful service by all staff. Room was clean spacious and with excellent bathroom.

Everything was wonderful. The room was very clean, although they need more staff to do the cleaning of all rooms in shorter time. They haven't changed my towels and cleaned the room one day until 14:00, even I engaged the appropriate light for cleaning. That means, lack of personnel. But they do marvelous job. The bed was comfortable enough. I didn't notice any sound from metro or the road outside. Great bathroom, desk, staff in reception, hotel in general. I will definitely visit again. I suggest this hotel. It is very close to Berlin center and had a metro station outside.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, in a very good location. The staff were amazing and helped us with everything. Breakfasts had a great selection. The rooms were quite large and we had a lovely view. If I go from Berlin again then definitely this hotel.

I liked everything in this hotel. The room was very clean and it was better than what I expected. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets and pillows very clean and comfortable, the bathroom was sparkling. The stuff was polite and helpful. The hotel is on a busy street but there was no noise coming in, so i could sleep perfectly. The hotel is located 2 stops from Alexander Platz so that was very convenient for me. My overall experience was great and i will be booking it again in the future.

Great Hotel if you are working in Berlin for couple of day, you can go up to the gym and hit the sauna after that…. Helps a lot to sleep at night.

Beautiful spacious rooms. Extremely comfortable beds. Huge windows with cozy curtains. Big modern bathroom. Very friendly service. Tip: request a room on a higher floor with a view on the old-school Coca-Cola sign, the views at night are amazing.

The look and feel of a 4 star hotel but much better value! Great, convenient location in a very nice area of Berlin. Electric outer roller shutters were quite impressive, room was good size that was very clean and comfortable.

It was our first visit to Berlin and we totally fell in love with the City and will most certainly be back. We loved our stay at the stylish COSMO hotel. The location was ideal as we'd heard great things about Mitte. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was excellent, comfy and impeccably clean, and the breakfasts were among the best hotel breakfasts I've had. The rates were reasonable and very good value. I would highly recommend.

Really nice place, excellent for non-German speakers. Very contemporary design, clean and well priced. We didn't eat at the restaurant but it seems nice enough.

The U-Bahn is literally outside the hotel, in the middle of the street, very accessible for traveling around the city.

I would definitely stay there again.

Location was great - right outside Spittlemarkt station. Rooms were spotless, lovely big comfy bed! Breakfast was very good with a wide choice of different foods and a variety of cooked eggs if requested! The staff were polite and helpful especially the lady on reception who gave us a map of Berlin on arrival and showed us some great places to visit, all within walking distance. All in all a highly recommended hotel, we could find no fault whatsoever!

I was in Berlin for my Birthday and my wife had booked this hotel. Happy to say that I had a really good stay in Berlin and the hotel and the staff just added to making it better. They upgraded our room and also left a small pastry to celebrate the birthday. The location of the room is great and easily accessible by public transport connecting you to airport and hauptbahnof. The Alexanderplatz is just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The room staff as already said was very helpful, the room was clean and well maintained. I will recommend this hotel to everyone for your budget.
