I have a small poodle who is happy to come here and always happy when we leave. I am satisfied with the service and staff. They are knowledgeable and very thorough when examining my dog. If you decide to come here bring some time to spare and within normal opening hours 7 AM until 7 PM.

I took my cat in to be neutered and the experience was great. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I didn't feel rushed and a follow-up appointment for the surgery was quick. He was treated with care and is no worse off from the experience. Happy to return again if needed.

When the vets explained that Niko had a special condition that prevented him from getting a normal castration, he had to be taken to a good animal clinic in Berlin. This is how we discovered Tierarztpraxis Rödiger. All the good reviews and suggestions about Dr. Rödiger were absolutely correct. The hardest part of your animal friend being sick is not knowing who to trust. This clinic greeted us warmly and after a truly calming talk with Dr. Rödiger we needed to leave Niko there for his surgery. Thanks to this counseling, we were able to wait without going crazy. The clinic instantly informed us right after the surgery and we went to pick Niko up after a few hours. It was a very difficult day but the surgery was 100% successful and the stitches healed in the following 7 days as the doctors explained us. We went there for a follow up check and Niko is growing now healthily. I will always be thankful to Dr. Rödiger and his team. If you’re looking for a someone who is friendly and who listens to your worrying mind and explains to you all the steps of the treament properly, visit this clinic. Always a great attention from the veterinaries here. Would help if the price of the products were more transparent and one could handle the appointments online with the desired Vet.

The entire team is always friendly and professional. They care about the holistic well-being of the animal ( we have a very old dog with a few issues) and they take their time to listen to any concerns and explain in detail the course of actions.

Don't understand some of the negative reviews here. We took an older sick dog here late on a Saturday night as a walk-in and was able to see a vetranarian in less that 30 min. Everyone was very kind and professional and able to speak excellent English. There was nothing outrageous about the charges - very fair costs and open 24 hours. Would recommend

My dog was displaying some concerning signs of illness so I was recommended to this practice by another as it was after hours. Walked in around 7pm with only 15 min wait time.

Despite the circumstances, it was an extremely pleasant experience and we’re still talking about how nice they were hours later 😍

The vet spoke perfect English and explained things very calmly and clearly. I can not recommend this practice enough!

Had to come in twice last weekend due to suspected illness of my cat. Called them in advance, front desk employees were incredibly kind on both days. They told me the waiting time would be approx. 60 minutes - which was totally fine by me - so I immediately came in. Had to wait 30-45 min max. The vet was also very nice and inspected my kitten thoroughly and gave her treatment. It unfortunately did not work immediately so I came in again on Sunday, same vet, so she knew what was going on. Treated my kitten again and on monday everything was fine again. Everyone spoke perfect English, which was a plus for me as well. 10/10 would recommend this place!

Our dog was hospitalized for dehydratation following diarrhea. Overal experience was very good and professional with clear communication in english (including a report for our vet in english). The vet explained the situation and was open for discussion about the next course of treatment. Initially, I was scared to leave him alone in a crate as he was very sad and depressed after his last hospitalization, but to my surprise, our dog was released happy and cheerful, which shows me he was very well taken care of with love and was really supervised during the time in cage. We would definitely come back! Thank you for taking such a good care of our furryfriend!

Very good veterinary, operating 24/7 which can be very crucial sometimes. I strongly recommend making a reservation by phone since waiting times can exceed 1 hour for a random visit.

Friendly and well organized. I was there couple of times, once after I thought that my cat got hit by a car, because she had a limp. Doctor looked her through, and found that car would not have been a root cause. Instead it was something else, which, they can take care of surgically, but it sometimes gets compensated by muscles with time, and surgery isn't always necessary. This was for me sign that: a) team is confident and competent - diagnosis did not rely solely on what I said ; and b) they are not quick to go for invasive procedures - which is always a good sign.
The practice is open 24/7 and on weekends as well. They have a "cat friendly place" award, though in my experience, 90% of the patents were dogs - it would seem they are at least equally dog friendly too. They are fairly well equipped, at least x-ray and lab are there. There is possibly more diagnostic equipment available, but since my pets did not need it, I would not know additional details for sure.

highly recommend, all English speaking staff so I am comfortable sharing and explaining my concerns. the vets take their time listening and answering all the questions. I do not feel rushed and pressured at all! I really don’t mind spending money into great services! ☺

Very experienced and attentitive personnel and doctors! You just have a very good feeling that your poor pets are in the right hands. The medication that got prescribed to our bunny put him back on the feet in no time! Very impressed and deeply thankful!

We loved it, very helpful on the phone, very friendly when we arrived, it was an evening emergency and we got seen as expected. Our dog was giving a full doctor attention and solved both issues within minutes. We are very glad, when it doesn't take long in the actual room, because it stresses the animal enough. The vets are not cheap anywhere and having a pet is a luxury, so I would never complain about a price. Honestly we were pleasently surpriced, what may easily be a 350€ bill ended up being 115€, so from that point of view 100% satisfied. We are greatful that there is a praxis in Berlin which is open 24/7 and for no extra supplement. I called others and they were charging for just to be seen outside the usual hours tremendous amount of money...Thank you to all the staff for your help and professionalism. We will be back again!

I took my dog during a holiday. The vet was attentive and took good care of my dog. It’s not a cheap place but it’s the average price for emergencies. I recommend this clinic.

The best! They are always so friendly and professional. We went many times with our dog and every experience was great. Super nice staff and they speak English well.

It feels odd to write a positive review of a horrible night, but here I am. We had to bring our sweet kitty in due to an emergency in the middle of the night, and ended up putting her down. The vet on staff was very kind and considerate, spoke perfect English with us, and was very helpful explaining our options. She made an awful night and difficult decision just a tiny bit easier, and I really appreciate it.

An emergency center for animal! My dog was very sick on weekend and this place was the only place I could find open. The vet was super professional, nice and speaks perfect English. My dog got well on the next day. Thank you so much

Thank you for being so caring, side note. Ask for prices of treatment and test before, prices are standard and reasonable just being aware of it before hand could be nice. Also, get pet insurance before coming

Great facilities, multiple vets. Wait time for walking in at 7pm was about an 1.5 hours but they are open late! English speaking vet clearly explained what she was doing and we were able to communicate easily.
