I know this store for very long and I appreciate the quick modernisation process when it comes to ordering online and picking up in the store. Back then it wasn’t available but since introduction I mostly use this method when getting stuff there. The store is big and it’s always a nice experience when shopping there. The salesmen and women I met were competent and helpful! Nothing negative to say about the store at all. My favourite place to buy when the internet can’t provide a better price than retail.

I was handing in my laptop for repair without having a printed copy of the receipt. But two workers were keen to assist and one of them took his time to find a way to print the receipt (which took some time, yet in the end it worked very elegantly).

I recently bought a new Smart phone and their service was excellent. Samsung and also Google have representatives that work in the Friedrich-Ebert-Dam store. They answered all my questions and more.
