It was extremely fun and educational! Loved every part of it. The tour itself is 90 minutes long and we were given a step by step guide on from the time the cacao beans are harvested, to how it ended in our supermarket shelfs. They are also brave enough to show us the dark reality of the treatment of these cacao farmers and educate us to always purchase the fair trade chocolates.

Overall, a wonderful experience. Would recommend to anyone on a visit to Hamburg.

The most exciting part of the tour was definitely the chocolate tasting and the workshop. Although we had the best tour guide who explained and educated us everything about chocolate clearly and concisely, Sana, we wished to see and experience a more interactive tour. But all in all, it was short but sweet chocolate 🍫 tour

A fantastic experience learning about the journey of chocolate, we attended the English tour and had the fabulous Mara M as our tour guide, she was brilliant, extremely funny and lovely and overall made the experience super enjoyable and interesting! She knew plenty of thanks and was really detailed and passionate about what she was talking about. The chocolate was incredible and was great fun tasting each part of the process chocolate goes through before we find it in the supermarket! Highly recommend doing this tour if you are heading to Hamburg

Fantastic place. We went as a group of 4 for the chocolate tour. Such a fantastic time. Mara was our tour guide and she was full of knowledge and passion.

Really interesting tour and definitely worth the money. There were several interactive bits, enough to keep kids entertained but educational for the adults too.

There is a fun section in the middle where you get to make your own chocolate too.

Would recommend getting tickets earlier as it seems to be popular!

The experience was amazing. We joined the English tour and it was about the whole production process of chocolate. We could taste the chocolate from different process and also decorate our chocolate and bring it home! I definitely recommend this place.

Me and my partner are chocolate lovers so this was perfect. We got so excited. The English tour was interactive and engaging. The tour guide we had was so knowledgeable and bubbly. It’s safe to say the pistachio artisan chocolates were out of this world. We went back for seconds.

Very lovely place. Our tour guide, Sharon, was great, and the whole experience of seeing how chocolate was made was both fun and entertaining. Plus, we got to eat chocolates at each step ofthe way.

Our guide was also very considerate of vegans, and although the final chocolate bar we made to take home was not vegan, the guide ensured vegan visitors would get the vegan option where possible (ex: dark instead of milk chocolate).

Very interesting guided tour on the process of chocolate making. You also get to taste chocolate in different stages of processing, and learn along the way. Our guide was funny and witty with his explanation and overall was a good experience. Would recommend to any chocolate lover.

Amazing! Can't recommend this highly enough, we really really enjoyed it. You book tickets for a 90 minute tour, our guide was Sarah and she was excellent!! Funny, entertaining, great with the children, very patient, nice clear voice so everyone could hear. The tours were very well organised, too, and there was plenty of chocolate to try!!

Loved the experience with the tour. If you are a chocolate fan or just want to learn about the process of making chocolate, you are in the right place. Our tour guide was very friendly, I unfortunately don't remember her name. I do recommend buying the ticket in advance if you are visiting on the weekend to avoid the queue.

We had a great time here; getting to taste the chocolate from the roasted bean to the final product was a great experience. The taste just kept getting better. Our guide Mara M. made sure we felt educated and entertained at the same time.

Place to know how the chocolate is made. Has guided tours in English and German. Fun experience for both kids and grown ups. Good amount of knowledge is shared.
The tidiness of the place is amazing and we'll maintained. One of the must visit if you are in Hamburg and a chocolate lover.

We visited Choco Versum today. Been amazed to find out where cocoa powder come from and all the way to taste the chocolate. The English tour guide showed us along with others and showed us the traditional Machines start simply from a cocoa bean to delicious chocolate and to a self-made and decorated chocolate bar. I recommend to everyone visit the Choco Versum
