I don’t understand why everyone is telling the staff is unfriendly. I had a good experience there. Had to return a pair, it was received without a problem.
The shoes are great. Good quality, nice design, great price.

It's kinda miracle to find shoes in size 35, 36 in Berlin. But they have! and the staff who's working today was very friendly.

ich habe hier eine super Erfahrung gemacht. Die Verkäuferin war total lieb und hat mir direkt zwei Größen mitgebracht, da der Schuh groß ausfällt. Sehr zuvorkommend! Außerdem hat der Laden eine große Auswahl und es gibt wirklich viele verschiedene Modelle. Komme gerne wieder :)

Sehr schneller und unkomplizierter Rückgabeprozess. Die Schuhe wurden kurz angeschaut, ob sie wieder zu reparieren wären, was allerdings nicht der Fall war. Habe nach gefühlt 5 Minuten ein neues Paar erhalten und war wieder glücklich. Von einem derart guten Kundenservice bin ich schwer beeindruckt!
