A beautifully decorated restaurant in the middle of a residential area. Well deserving of it's Michelin star which it has held since 2015. The three courses were all excellently crafted with some unique flavour combinations and interesting textures to make one of the most interesting dining experiences I've had. There was also plenty of little extras including three delicious after dinner sweets and an amuse bouche before each course. Please remember to bring cash to tip as they don't take tips on card! A wonderful time had. Service was generally excellent but we were left waiting for the bill for a long time and had to remind our waiter that we wanted it.

Exceptional food, very well balanced and thoughtful flavor combinations. Seamless and professional service. Good wine recommendations. Little downside: the place gets very very crowded!

The place is definitely worth visiting! Food was on another level.
There were several extras from the kitchen and they were all interesting and delicious (special highlight was camomile ice cream)!

We ordered a different number of courses per person and I received a tiny portion of the soup with kimchi (tasted amazing) that was included in a different menu, so I don’t just sit and watch. That was incredibly nice and I definitely did not expect it.

Dishes were absolutely amazing: beets with horse radish, soup with kimchi, fish, feta ice cream! Absolutely delicious!

Except Kaviar on white chocolate. I found a combination weird and unappetizing. Very sweet and very salty/fishy taste did not match for me at all, however, vegetarian version with wasabi Kaviar was good.
Also, dill ice cream did not work for us. This is the last dish of the evening and I simply did not want to have this taste in my mouth.
Service was friendly, design of the place is very classic and chic!

Writing something about the "Bieberbau" demands for words like "extraordinary", "sensational" and "fantastic". The service crew, led by the incredibly friendly Ms Garkisch (btw: a sommelière with an astonishingly terrific set of taste buds on her tongue!) has not only a keen eye for the tiniest details, but is atvthe same time extremely forward-leaning, fast and devoted to a level of service not be found often in Berlin. You want to know something about the dishes offered there? Well, they are the mouthwateringly "diamond standard" of dining out in Berlin. Starting from the offered variety of bread with a sourcreamy butter cream (unbelievably good - I could have continued eating it the complete evening!) all courses have been of the kind you instantly want to eat again. I attached some pictures for your information. The "Bieberbau" is hidden in Schöneberg, far away from other restaurants or touristy parts of Berlin. It is neither too small nor too big, which ensures a very cosy and private atmosphere.
If you like fantastic kitchen, served by fantastic staff in a fantastic atmosphere you should give the fantastic Ms Garkisch a call - you will never forget you visit there! Thank you, Team Bieberbau!

We celebrated the birthday of our son at Bieberbau and couldn’t be more pleased. Our party of 9 had been taken care of the moment we entered the beautiful and special location. The service and food (including the homemade bread selection) was excellent. Just as you would expect it from a Michelin restaurant. The white wine recommendation fit all 5 courses beautifully. We were even surprised with a little birthday cake with a candle for our son. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable (in German and English). We enjoyed everything and will definitely be back when we’re (hopefully soon again) in Berlin.

Beautiful experience that definitely should be tried once in Berlin. Service, ambiance, food presentation and flavors of each dish was outstanding. My personal favorite was dessert - pistachio cannelloni with melon purée. Exceptional and mouth-watering! P.S. if you would like to leave a tip, bring cash as they can’t charge tips with credit card

The food is very unique and creative. The ingredients combinations are surprising but works well together.
The staff is extremely nice and helpful, in English as well as in German.
In addition, the chefs are so young, I'm anxious to see what they'll think about next.

Take an elegant dining room with large picture windows looking out to fresh green park views, add delicate crown moldings and elaborate decore to the exposed wooden beams and have the perfect setting for an elegant and wonderful culinary journey in Berlin. Located on a quiet street near Rudolph Wilde Park, the menu is creative, the presentation is breathtaking, and the service is Devine. But the hero of the 3 course menu is the surprising combination of delicious flavors and ingredients that pop with freshness and delight with every bite. This is a slow and enjoyable dinner worthy of any birthday or anniversary celebration. We enjoyed everything and can't wait to go back.

Delicious and hospitable meal in a stunning stucco environment. Just the way a good dinner should be. Beautiful ingredients (loved the monkfish) with excellent combinations!

2 minor details that could’ve been tweaked: the blutwurst amuse bouche would’ve been better if freshly deep fried. The canele was a bit over baked.

I loved their starters . And the desserts . The main course didn't impress me much. But was a good one in overall

We had a lovely evening. The server was knowledgeable and guided us a great wine menu to accompany the food. Food was great and the bread with curry butter (!) was surprisingly good! Recommended. Also quite reasonable prices for a Michelin starred restaurant.

Amazing, surprising food in really good price! a bit shame that they don't have non alcoholic pairing but still great place!

An excellent meal and some surprisingly good German wines. Anne and the staff worked hard initially to accommodate us and then made us very welcome on the night. We had both 5 course set menus and I had the wine pairings. Excellent value for money for the quality.
