I love museum cafes. This is a pretty good one. Good portions. decent German food. Good coffee. Decent prices. The room is loud so prepare for that but it’s a cool room nonetheless. Tread lightly around the wait staff. They might bite your head off

Coffee and cakes are ok. Staff loud and annoying. Good enough for a museum cafe

Unsauber, aufgewärmte Currywurst mit Brot für 9,00 mit Selbstbedienung.
An Petriplatz lohnt es sich.

If I could give this cafe a 0, I would. Absolutely rude for no reason. Cafe was full with only two side by side tables empty. My mother and I offered the empty chairs to another pair of ladies. When the waiter saw this, he insisted on putting everything on a single bill rather than allow us to pay our own. He said there were too many people to separate our bills even though there was no line to get in. Never been treated so poorly at such a dinky cafe. Do not go there!!

Went to buy a coke, the gentleman working there pointed at a sign without saying anything or smiling which said table service. Sat down.....5 minutes later he turned up ( there was 2 if them working)and asked what i wanted ( a coke) and brought it to me. He was walking past later and i said can i have the bill please with a big smile....i got come over here as a reply. Your staff are miserable and rude. You are dealing wih the general public and you need to learn some customer service skills. Start with a smile when you speak to people. If ypu offer table service then the card machine to pay can be beought to the table. Just ruined my time in the otherwise excellent museum. GIVE THIS PLACE A MISS!!!!

Selbst für ein Café im Museum extrem hohe Preise. Personal unhöflich.

Sehr arrogant und unhöflich. Es ist überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Man hatte das Gefühl das man froh war uns los zu sein. Dieses wurde mir auch durch andere Gäste bestätigt.

Arroganter und unhöflicher Service, mittelmäßiges Essen. Man hat das Gefühl, dass man ihnen einen Gefallen getan hat, indem man gegangen ist
