Hofgarten

That park, Hofgarten in Düsseldorf is a lovely park right in the heart of the city. It's a great spot to escape the busy streets and enjoy some peace and quiet. The park is full of green lawns, tall trees, and colorful flowers that make it a beautiful place to relax. There are also pretty ponds with ducks and swans, which are fun to watch. Garden is nicely maintained and well designed! But I only disliked how there was duck excreta in many places! Not a priority for me to go and have a picnic since. May just for a walk and standing gathering .

A very nice and cozy garden in the centre of Düsseldorf. You can take a sheet and have a picnic with friends and family or just take a walk or running nearby with fresh air and good environment. Swans can be seen in the lake and they are very beautiful. Many shopping centre, cafes and restaurants are also nearby and you can try some of them. A garden worth some free and relaxed time for you!

Very nice Düsseldorf Park with a fairly substantial lake. Lots of wild bird life including black as well as white swans, geese, and three herons!

This is Germany’s first public park. It’s so beautiful. Very nice and relaxing park. It is the first and oldest public garden in Germany. There are a lot of benches to sit and enjoy the with fresh air.

Pretty park with loads of geese and ducks around. This park is close to a peppy shopping area, so I love the location. Good place to relax.. also great for kids to enjoy and run around the goose. (Don't forget to get some bird food;))

A small but gorgeous park almost surrounded by city concrete jungles.

This is Germany’s first public park. It’s so beautiful and peaceful with lots of nature and paths for walking, running bike riding. Here you can find many modern art works as well as historic monuments throughout the park. You will see a lot of homeless people living in tents but it still feels safe.

Great place to have a relaxing walk through out, great scenery and lovely atmosphere all around the park.
Friendly to the wildlife and many places to visit and see.
With the sun out and a slight breeze in the air. Made it a prefect day out in Düsseldorf. Great city.

Best place to spend sometime alone or with friends. Best to visit before winter, because trees will have leafs and everything is beautiful. Best months would be in September- October.

Such a great place to have for yourself and enjoy the moment watching different kind of goose swimming around.

My favourite park in Düsseldorf. So much to see, be it lovely fluffy rabbits or famous sculpture by Vadim Sidur, austere diagonal alley leading to Schloss Jagerhof or a modest Heinrich heine memorial, I love it in all seasons.

Kids love it here. Climbing structures, water pumps, swings, etc. Plus a lot of ducks, geese, and swans at the ponds. Gets busy on weekends and holidays.

I think this is the most happening park of Dusseldorf. You will see people doing following activities in summer time.

3. Enjoying lunch
4. Playing with pets
5. Playing Board games or badminton
6. Running or jogging

Be it spring, summer or winter... you are bound to enjoy every season here. So refreshing and beautiful. The Heart of Düsseldorf!
