I had good service here, small store but a good selection.

Monika and Fanny are a wonderful team. Equal parts experience, style, and honesty. I bought a pair of sandals, a pair of shoes, and a pair of insoles for a pair of winter shoes that required refreshing. I was in the store for nearly 2 hours, shoes are my cars, and I take them seriously - while enjoying buying them too. One of the few things I wanted to do while in Berlin was to go to a Birkenstock shop and learn from an experienced professional about the shoes, the right size, and style for my feet. These ladies gave my feet a whole new space to walk, my legs the support they need, and my back the relief it needed. All this with smiles, wit, and lots of laughter. Thank you Fanny and Monika! Nice looking store, had great selection of models (and sizes) and friendly staff. Found exactly what I was looking for. I had gone to another Birkenstock store a couple of days before and had a much inferior experience (ugly store, unfriendly, didn’t have any of the shoes I was looking for).

This is my first time to try the birkenstock shoes. The staff there was very friendly and helped me find out the shoes, that fit my foots. The shoes are of good quality and very comfortable to wear. Thank you so much. It was a nice experience to buy shoes there. I will definitely come back again.

The shop was super busy but the staff was super helpful, patient and friendly. Got all I needed.

Friendly and helpful staff. The shop is small, so avoid at busy time but otherwise the service is great!
Avoid the other Birkenstock shop close to Alexanderplatz. It’s a franchise and NOT an Birkenstock official store. Staff there is very rude.

It’s Birkenstock. Everyone likes Birkenstock! The shop is small and super busy though so if you don’t mind a little walk I’d suggest visiting the one on Alexanderplatz instead as it is much bigger!
