Really great, unusual hotel. Lots of interesting people. The staff are just perfect. So helpful and friendly. The food was so good and had such a variety. Will certainly be back. Thanks for a great stay.

If you're visiting Essen this is a place you must visit. An incredible place. The buffet of food was delicious. Walking around the building and seeing the works of art and artist workshops was amazing. Lots to see and lots to do.

cozy place, you can sit all day long with for just few euros and you can drink as many soft drinks you can.

It is really perfect. Relaxed atmosphere, great food. I like it!

We reserved 2 different rooms for dinner and entertainment a month ago as 30 people in the organisation of Tekin. He got what we needed and expected exactly and organized everything perfectly. We are thankful as well to the cook Thorsten.

You have lot’s of space: rooms for lectures,meetings,photo studio,3d printer and so on. Also you can talk to manager and he he’s lot’s of useful contacts if you need.
So all you need it’s stop talking and start doing :)

One of the most random, weird and wonderful places i have ever visited. So many artistic goings happening at the same time! i went for salsa and it was great! i danced on2 all night! They definitely know how to dance here!! a must go!

A quirky building which looks a little unkempt from the outside. Inside there are numerous rooms and corridors to explore or sit in. People seem to use it as a meeting place, workshop, laptop desk and board-game venue. Buffet food is good, hot and frequenly refreshed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed spending a couple of days here at an event and would certainly recommend it for community events in the future.

It is a great destination for any kind of event that you want to attend or host. You can easily spend your whole day and never realise how the time flies by. The brunch buffet is very rich and they have almost all you can imagine for a brunch. Love the artists works as well. You can visit the ateliers of artists and be fascinated :)

What a wonderful place. Whether you are looking for inspiration, a place for lunch or a place do work and meet, the Unperfekthaus is the perfect place to do so in Essen. I've visited it multiple times, and each time was a joy. Lot's of space to sit, pull out your laptop and do some work, but also a nice restaurant area, art spaces and even a hotel.
Right nextdoor to the huge Limbecker Platz shopping mall, there's enough parking space, albeit paid, but it's also a nice short walk from the Essen main train station. I did both.

Everything here is just as wonderful as it can be. Artists, singers, designers, dancers, corporates, every type of group of people could join the community and do their projects. It's such the greatest place to go once in a lifetime!

This is an amazing place for creative people and those who want to experience and explore that creativity. People can rent studios for a nominal fee to explore a hobby, develop a new business idea, or practice an art, all with community support and technical infrastructure.

Amazing and diverse place with lots to check out, nice people to meet and fun programs to attend. Lots of rooms are open for the public (as indicated by the green sign next to it) and I've met lots of talented people while checking out amazing creations.

Amazing hotel situated next door to the blockchain hotel and other creative communities. This should really be called perfekt haus! The rooms are very nicely finished in a sleek contemporary style. Great room service, rooms are always immaculate. The buffet has a truly delicious selection of foods for meat eaters and vegetarians alike. Very friendly and accommodating staff too! I have stayed at the hotel twice in the past year and will be returning again! Very impressed!

Entry fee of 8€ with all-you-can-drink inclusive (non alcoholic drinks only). Very nice ambiente, lots of artists to discover, lots of spaces to work or hang out.

Great quality all you can eat brunch on the weekends 10-4pm, quite expensive but well worth the money. Don't forget to clean up after yourself and place your plates on the trolleys.

Amazing place. We spend a few days for educational reasons and It was a great experience. Good food and tea choice.
