Hotel Meliã Las Dunas

We had a great time here!! it was awesome. the entertainment staff was amazing, always such a fun time. Ely was the best and always made us smile. the food was good i really liked the oriental restaurants chicken. the beach was beautiful and so was the pool. the white party was a lot of fun. overall amazing week!

This resort exceeded expectations and offered excellent value for the price. The staff was exceptionally attentive, always welcoming us with enthusiasm and smiles during meal times. They made extra efforts to ensure our satisfaction. The omelettes were perfectly cooked, and there was no limit to the number of eggs you could have. The dinner buffet was extensive, featuring a wide array of food options that were too numerous to list. The fish was outstanding, and the desserts rivaled those found in the best establishments. The ocean was pristine, with no boats, tanker ships, or ostentatious private yachts in sight, a notable contrast to South Florida. The consistently warm weather, even in comparison to Miami just a couple of hundred miles north, added to the overall positive experience. I struggled to find anything to complain about and would certainly choose to revisit in the future.

This is my first trip out of the country. Went with the wife and her mom. Had to say I had a blast. Water was great. So much to see clarity was awesome. Food was great, The milk was questionable as I found out which sucks if you really like milk in your tea in the morning lol, we had great weather, just an overall relaxing vacation

Ely is the best , always making the days fun.
Meeting a lot of people makes the resort lots of fun with opportunities to play games and go to disco in the city via bus. Service is amazing and super nice people always taking care of you. Norlan is at the activity pool bringing people in for competition and making it very fun. 100% recommendation this resort for anyone coming to Cuba

Amazing resort. Value for money is top notch.
Yes there were some food shortages but everyone tried their best and got us best comfort.
Beach is like heaven.
Tony and Yovani in buffet area were best.
Resort is huge so you will be walking quiet a bit but it was so much fun.

My third time to this resort. We are overwhelmed with the hospitality of the staff. Maria, was a pleasure to work with. She took care of our vow renewal and incredibly upgraded rooms. The suites were extremely clean and beautiful. She arranged surprises for us during our trip that were very special and beautiful. The lobby staff, Diego and Andre were just phenomenal along with the ladies in the morning and the full lobby bar team. Nidel at the pool bar was just an awesome guy! Took care of us all week long. I travelled with a family of 5 and everyone regardless of age had a blast. Beaches are spectacular. Catamaran and dolphin trip were a seriously good time!

The food is not what you get here by any means but always something to eat! The a la carts and beer garden had enough food for us all to eat! What you lack in food you make up for in people, hospitality, beaches and security.

The resort is amazing, nice activities at the beach with Kelvin. I like the show ! Kelly and kelvin both are great entertainers. We loved our time at the beach and we looked forward to it.

Second time staying in this resort, it is lovely as usual! The best beach on earth, love the entertainment happening every night for the kids and grown ups! Our children love it as well especially the food and beach!

My experience here was amazing! The people are talkative, friendly and amazing too, the service was good and I had a great time on the excursions! The thing I liked the most was the entertainment team ,they are so professional , Ely and Leo were amazing entertainment workers and good dancers. Melia Las Dunas in my opinion is the best option!

I had the best time here at the hotel! The beach is beautiful, the sand is white like a dream and the service is excellent! Everyone here is welcoming: the waiters in the restaurant, the bartenders, the animation … they offer all day long different activities at the beach, the pool, the lobby - you’ll never get bored!

Everything was amazing ,I had a wonderful time with the entertainment and I’m enjoy a lot the games was very fun.The waiters was also good ,everyone here is very good.Also the climate is gorgeous ,and you can enjoy the beach.Good vacation. We love ely she was amazing

The beach is beautiful
The rooms are beautiful.
When we were there, there were no problems with food or beverages. They had no abundance of everything.
Although we didn't do A la Carte, the buffet and 24-hour snack bar were enough.
They had premium liquor.
The service no complaints at all everyone was friendly and helpful.

They have two beautiful pools, one for kids, one for adults.

A great kids program.

Bug repellent as there were not to many whole there. Except after it rains.

If your fussy with food bring snacks and we brought mio to flavourful our water. As all the juices are packed with sugar.

all the staff were extremely friendly and made my experience 10x better and the food was absolutely amazing same with the room service, always making something fun out of the towels. and the beach was just absolutely gorgeous!

Traveled with 3 adults for a week and for the first time i can say its the best vacation experience we had. Plenty of food music entertainment. We brought own spices and stuff cuba has a hard time these days having and all to say in santa maria this is the place to be to go! I recommend to everyone adults and children. Clean rooms best of all are the friendly workers ...ready to help you with anything you need! Spacious rooms and tropical vides all around the resort. Heads up and hats to the best person to speak to and that will help you out is the famous best customer service rep and in complaints is one and only Miguel near the reception!

Excellent entertainment staff all over the resort. The most beautiful beach I have ever seen. Turquoise colours are gorgeous .

Melia las Dunas has been nothing but a joy to us. The people we have met and friends we have made along the way has been so wonderful. Keily R - entertainment staff has been nothing short of amazing during our stay, she has made us feel so welcome and loved right away. We can not stress enough how great the entertainment team has been.

Absolutely beautiful PLAYA (Beach). Very well-kept grounds, friendly staff. Food is nothing to write home about but hey - it's Cuba. Everything else could not complain. BIG Shout out to NORLAN, KELLY (from entertainment), and to TONY from the dining hall. Keep at it mis amigos!
