This company made a purchase from us and requested we ship to an exporter in Miami, FL. We did that and it arrived early in good condition. Then, this exporter, that we are not affiliated with, shipped the undamaged product from the USA to this country. It arrived late and damaged due to the exporter's shipment, which we did not make. It is understandable for Sales Shop CR to be upset, but they should be upset with the exporter as they caused the problem and we aren't affiliated with them. We only shipped there because Sales Shop CR told us to. Even though this is clearly the fault of the export company Sales Shop CR asked us to ship to, Sales Shop CR left a horrible review for us on our account. That is not fair to us, as we did not cause the problem, and I hope this business will read their Amazon messages and make this right.

Pésimo servicio al cliente, precios altos y calidades muy bajas. Al momento de solicitar respuesta de la empresa por la calidad tan baja de un producto insultaron mi inteligencia ni el dueño ni los colaboradores saben tratar con clientes indignados. No embarcarse con esta empresa, no respetan a los clientes y algunos productos estas sobre evaluados
