The place lives up to its name. The food here is quite tasty, and the staff friendly and helpful.

If you go on a Thursday between nine and eleven in the morning (9-11 am), you'll find it crowded with expats having a weekly breakfast get-together. Feel free to drop on in and say hi.

One of the biggest challenges I face is deciding exactly what to get as everything tastes wonderful.

Visiting for the first time, we ordered "Granjero" and "Tico-Tico" breakfasts.
Good coffee with hot milk on the side. Unlike McDonald's, their hash browns were tasty and not grease at all. Salchichón (sausage) was delicious, the flavor was outstanding, and scrambled eggs were also a delight to eat. Replaced the pancake for white toasts (no jelly though). I then thought of ordering Sopa de Pollo. It came hot and also very tasty with real pieces of chicken and veggies finely sliced. I like the décor, it's clean, they had soft music. Service was good, they are polite, tended to my requests and let us be, which I liked.
I will be coming back.

Great café for any time of the day, including a cooked breakfast. Open to the street creates an alive atmosphere. Staff are always polite and efficient.
