I fully expected to have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for help only to be told I need more paperwork or info. That did not happen here, i had an appt and to me surprise, they ACTUALLYA did their job before I got there.

The INS building is the home of several services including a branch of the Bank of Costa Rica (BCR). During this time of COVID, they are checking everyone at the door, but they were very respectful and patient. Great security team and a nice building. If course, given the nature of it being a government building, it is not usually subject to the consumeristic scrutiny normally found in online reviews.

Ofrecen gran variedad de servicios. Es un edificio bastante grande. Incluso hay una sucursal del Banco de Costa Rica dentro del edificio. La mayoría del personal es bastante amable. Los guardas de la entrada principal te guían dependiendo del servicio que requieres.
