Ir al banco es súper tedioso siempre pero las dos muchachas que me atendieron hoy demasiado buena gente y serviciales, lastima no tomé los nombres. Me fui muy contenta con el servicio la verdad y de un banco eso cuesta un montón.

Estar dentro del segmento Preferente te permite ahorrarte mucho tiempo en cajas o plataforma y no tener que hacer toda la fila en cualquier sucursal.

En Navidad dijeron que habia un concurso de $50 mil dolares para un ganador que usara sus tarjetas pero eso fue solo en la tv.

Pésimo servicio, el cajero automático no funciona frecuentemente.El personal no está enterado de todo lo que debe, y los tiempos de espera son muy largos. Los responsables son mal encarados y no resuelven nada de eso.

El auto banco más lento que conozco. Habían muchos carros en fila, aún así el servicio se mantiene lento...

Terrible client service. I got a ticked for “plataforma de servicios” which nobody told me it would be moved to the very end until all the “regular caja” Services had been completed. So, several people who where lined up after me were attended before me. I got up and asked the guard who told me there was nothing he could do. Several people who got there after me were doing other transactions, they just chose the “regular caja” service ticket - I guess they knew better. Such lack of respect and communication to clients!

Started my currency exchange, had the Colones ready, then told me she wasn’t going to complete the exchange and asked me to go somewhere else that she was told by her manager not to do it.
Shame on you Scotiabank, a Canadian Bank refusing to help a Canadian.
Costa Rica should be lucky to have a Canadian business in San Jose.
