Hotel Castillo San Jose

The best Hotel in the area. The only one I stay at when in town. Great rooms, service, staff, food and management.

Service all around from front desk to bartendar was excellent , you can not get a better deal with all-inclusive anywhere like this. The owner is personable. He came and dined in his own establishment, which tells you the food is excellent.

The staff was fantastic! Martha the bartender server was the best she was patient, friendly and kind. You can't beat that. The desk staff was helpful and friendly. It's pretty much a guys place BUT everyone was so cool that I would not hesitate to bring family members there.....as long as they had no clue who the "cute girls were in the lobby". Best ever thank you to all the staff at the Hotel.

This is a great hotel. The restaurant is top notch, The people that work there are the best. If only the Americans that stayed there had more respect for the locals and the culture. But that is no fault of the hotel. Map is a great guy Deron amazing Ernesto always there to help everyone super super nice. Gretta Is amazing And has a beautiful heart. The massages are amazing and actual massages.

I recently enjoyed a delightful 4 night stay in Penthouse #2 while taking advantage of the all-inclusive package. I honestly cannot say enough good about this wonderfully redesigned hotel. Friendly, impeccable staff will do everything possible to ensure your stay meets all your expectations. From check-in to check-out, a wonderful experience.

Beware my final bill was more than stated when I asked about the mark up they blame it on the exchange rate which I checked.. I won't stay there again.

All inclusive is amazing. At the time of my stay it is a whapping $10 extra for all tou can eat and drink. Excellent way to fix costs. Also the food is freaking incredible.
