A unique experience for shopping. All great Colombian’s brand in one place. Selection of items is incredible, making difficult to choose what you want. I have been a customer of Malva Cartagena since they opened I always receive a great customer service from Paola the manager who always remember my name which I love! She makes me feel special, thank you! she really knowledgeable and looking forward to answer any question you have and giving suggestions. but I wanted to specially highlight my experience with Luna who so gratefully always assists me. She always takes the time to show me the expertise and beyond.

I just wanted to say thank you and to let you know that this type of customer service is what keeps a customer coming and makes for a pleasant shopping experience.

Capítulo especial Paola, la gerente de la tienda que me apoyado en arreglos de vestidos comprados a último minuto , ha coordinado domicilios a mi casa para poder complacerme …ha cruzado la calle para entregarme vestidos e incluso en dos casos de post venta me ayudo a resolver realizando un seguimiento impecable .

El servicio fue excelente , la atención de Berta excepcional, no solo en el almacén pero también en los pedidos online ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tienen un bar con el mismo nombre al frente del local y la atención es pésima. Parece que te están haciendo un favor cuando te atienden. Algo típico en muchas personas de esta ciudad

Estaba en la fila para pagar y me dice que había una clienta que ya estaba “de antes “ ??? Pero terminando siendo 3 clientas colombianas que estaban “de antes” para pagar ! Obviamente me fui sin comprar !
