Excellent service!! There was some miscommunication about when to pick up our clothes (completely my fault, I trusted my Spanish comprehension too much) and they dealt with the issue with so much understanding and kindness. So grateful to this shop and to Dora!! Muchas gracias!!!

Small shop but the service is great. Dropped off our clothes in morning and picked them up in afternoon. They are clean and smell good; not sure what one of the other reviewers was complaining about. Used them twice with great results!

Excellent value and service. We dropped off our clothes at 11AM and were pleasantly surprised to learn they would be finished by 4:30PM the same day! Everything was completely dry and folded nicely. Highly recommended.

We went to this laundry service three times during our stay in cartagena. Each time we were treated with respect despite the language barrier. Very inexpensive and quick. Would highly recommend this business.

Conveniently located, same-day service is convenient. Accountability and security is good, but the process to leave and pick-up the clothes was tedious (count and note each piece each time).
