Amazing food! I think this has been our favorite spot so far. Nice and cute restaurant and the food was amazing. We got the fish and shrimp and we all loved it. Started getting busy around 7:30ish so expect to wait a little longer than normal for food. Must go eat here if you come to Cartagena and everything was priced well!

Truly the best seafood I had in the whole colombia! The interior design is great, nice staff and real chefs are cooking in the kitchen. Best ceviches and lemonade coco! And they gave us free fish soup started one of the best I've ever tried، the fish broth was fantastic.

We came here for lunch and it had a local vibe. All the food came in generous portions, they gave a complimentary fish soup to start and between the three of us, we shared the shrimp cocktail (fresh and tasty), the filet camaronero (well cooked fish and sauce was light and flavourful), the prawn spaghetti (simple flavours but worked well) and the ensalada (good to break up meal). The service was polite and efficient.

We somehow misread the “fish restaurant” menu and ended up with one chicken dish and one fish dish, which was absolutely fabulous. It gives us a little bit of a mix up - shake up.

The fish was a little bit like a paella style with lovely fresh fish in there

The chicken was a lovely chicken breast fillet with lovely chimichurri sauce over the top and a lovely dressed salad

Next Door people had something that looked like a fish head with not very much meat on it, and I think if that would’ve landed in front of me I wouldn’t have been that impressed. All of the food we ordered was absolutely fabulous.

Really cheap too in total for all the drinks and food came to less than £32

Well priced fresh fish restaurant would recommend this place to anyone who loves fish

This is an amazing place with great food. The fried fish was so well seasoned and the coconut rice was the best I've had. The ceviche was so flavorful as well. My friend loved his dish as well. The staff were also very friendly and full of smiles. If you travel to Cartegena, this restaurant is a must! You won't be disappointed.

Free fish soup starter was amazing, shrimp ceviche was amazing, fish was amazing, atmosphere very nice, service great, not expensive food, light AC with fans was a good temperature. The best restaurant we've tried here, went twice in our 5 day trip! Was not very busy when we went for lunch or dinner, no wait for a table.

The food at La Mulata is amazing. We brought 12 teenagers during our trip to Cartagena and they ALL loved the food. Which is rare for teens. Service was a mazing. Ambianc amazing, and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Jorge our waiter took amazing care of us!! We sat in the back (outdoor type of back area) that we amazingly ventilated, with a group of 16 pero ppl.

Wonderful classic Caribbean food. A must try for the best version of the classics. The seafood is so so fresh and eveything tastes amazing. I got the fillet with shrimp which came with coconut rice and it was delicious. I also enjoyed the coconut lemomda.

This was our first and one of our best meals in Cartagena- so good we went twice! The lemonada de coco was the nicest we had during our stay (not overly syrupy like others can be), and the food was fresh. They served a complimentary warm bread roll and garlic butter as a starter which was delicious. I would highly recommend the Camerones Al Ajillo (garlic prawns) and I enjoyed the plantain it came with.

Excellent service and amazing food! We had ceviche de pescado (shrimps and fish with plantain slices), a mojarra and filet camarón (red snapper and shrimps with mashed cassava). All main dishes are served with more plantain, guacamole and coconut rice. The fish was super savoury and tasty! Mashed cassava has to be the best mashed dish I've ever had. On top if that, the service is amazing and they quickly deliver your food. 10/10 would go again!

Lovely local restaurant in a quiet street. The food is tasty, the service friendly and professional. There are several indoor sitting areas and a terrace.
It gets crowded so i recommend making a reservation in advace.

I came here for dinner. It was busy. The food was delicious. I had the mixto ceviche which was fresh. I also had the fish marinoreno (with shrimp). It came with plantain chips and coconut rice. I was very full and satisfied.

we had a great lunch experience here. good quality and high value. service also very friendly and dont worry if you dont speak Spanish the staff will translate for you. the classica limonada was tasty and not sugary. al limon fish of the day well prepped. definitely recommended!

La Mulata is a culinary delight! Their drinks are top-notch, and the food is simply divine. I couldn’t get enough of their Vegan Pasta Champiñones; it’s a must-try! And the best part? They offer a variety of other mouthwatering vegan options as well.

Meat and coconut rice were excellent! They also give a small bowl of fish soup for free.

The service is not great though as very slow, and not very friendly.
