I visited The Source store at Grant Park Mall to purchase a new phone today, and the service I got was amazing! Jatinder was unbelievably helpful, and so friendly! I had so many questions and he was so patient and took the time to set up my phone and to show me everything I needed to know. ( I had A LOT of questions! ) I really appreciate it the service I got there, and I will definitely be back!

Went to The Source at Grant Park in Winnipeg to get a new iPhone. Div, the saleswoman was amazing! She was extremely patient with my husband, went out of her way to speak to other dealers in the mall and on the phone to get us the best deal possible.
I highly recommend shopping there. We are paying much less than we had been on our previous plans.

Brilliant service by manager Jatinder. This store really goes above and beyond for your needs. Give it a try for anything wireless or electronics. You will love it.

Div was excellent with service, not only did she help me with choosing quality headphones but also helped me with getting great internet service which to my surprise was at a much better rate than what I was currently paying and with better coverage. 100% recommend this location for any of your phone/tech needs!

The source grant branch has excellent and best deal has to offer! Jatinder is very accommodating and will do his best to optimize all the deals and not rushing! Been to some providers but ị ended going back to bell/the source!

Went to pick up a set of AirPods Pro on sale and the great team helped me get a new phone plan and save $$$ while also upgrading my home Internet, great service!

You can tell she has a command of sorts in knowing a great deal of the inner workings of the business helping many team members while assisting me.

I came in for a simple phone charger and tbh my phone case was falling apart and she could tel this iPhone 8 needed retiring and offered me an iPhone 12 for a little more than it cost me the charger albeit and a 2 year contract but I can say I’m very happy.

She stood through the cloud data transfer from one phone to the next and was very helpful in recommending a cace and screen protector. Highly recommend this experience to anyone else.

Huge thanks to Mousala and JJ!! What a team you make and Mousala is flourishing under your tutalage! We were in there last night looking for a laptop and found a good one on sale and then they offered if I wanted to upgrade my older phone that they would discount the laptop a lot more!
Well, I did not even know that as well Bell has a fantastic offer now where the phones are almost basically free again with contracts, so I ended up with a beautiful laptop and a brand new phone for prices that I could only have dreamed of!! What a wonderful Christmas present to me! They even stayed late to help me get set up! Who does that these days?? This was the best customer service I've had in years and you guys deserve all the business you get. So very appreciated! Bless.....

Pankaj and JJ were most helpful in bundling our Internet/tv/Cel phone and landline. I was not planning on doing that today but I had just recently looked at my bills so I knew what our cost was and they showed me how to save a substantial amount of $$$ monthly.

I upgraded Iphones and for someone who is not at all tech savvy Divyanshi and Jatinder were super patient with me. They explained everything in detail and were both a real pleasure to deal with!
