The best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Cailin was a pleasure to deal with, excellent attitude and very patient. I found what I was looking for, good selection and large inventory. Thank you New Balance Don Mills!

Finally got the NB 847v4 that I needed. I had purchased a pair that just didn’t fit perfectly to my feet. I went to the New Balance store at Shops by Don Mills and Alyssa provided several suggestions. So after many fittings later we figured out the pair that suited me best. They had to be ordered in but that’s okay. So today when I went back for a fitting Lorenzo helped me. Now I’m ready for the summer. A shoutout to both Alyssa and Lorenzo for their exceptional customer experience. Of course I’ll be back since I’ve been here many times!

I have am amazing service at this store particularly from Calium. I was completing a return from another store with a lost receipt. He was very patience trying to resolve my problem. He advice me on how to get an email receipt from the store I purchased it at and then help me with the return. Thank you so much for the customer service. I will make sure to shop here again.

Love this place! The sales reps are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They help you find the best shoe for your feet and accomodate any concerns or medical needs you may have. They used to do a gait scan to measure pressure points when you walk but now they just measure your feet with a manual device.

Shar was fabulous today. Very helpful and patient which is required when helping me find shoes due to my sizing issues! Much appreciated.

Jaymz made shopping simple and easy. Asked us what we were looking for, showed us samples and explained the differences and based on our needs made suggestions .Brought us samples to try on which we bought and took home. Friendly, easygoing... great salesman.

This is the definitive store to buy shoes!...I was looking for shoes to help alleviate pain from plantar fasciitis. The sales associate Spencer, helped me pick the right shoe. Spencer was very very knowledgeable about the issues and also knew the product line!
It was refreshing to go to the store and have someone assist you, who actually knew what they were talking about!

Awesome experience at this New Balance location. Helped by a blond gentleman, longer hair. He was super knowledgeable about every shoe that I enquired about and had no issue going to the back and bringing out an assortment of shoes for me to try on.

Thoughtful enough to even bring out a different colour (of the one that they didn’t have my size in) just so I could feel how they fit. The two shoes that I wanted weren’t available in my size but he checked with the other stores and had them put them away for me so that I could swing by and pick them up from there. Love my waterproof Gore-Tex trail shoes that I’ll be using for my winter walks.

Definitely recommend this store. Knowledgeable staff and impressive customer service.

Two weeks ago I bought a pair of sneakers as a gift for my sin-in-law. I can not attest as to the quality and comfort of the product, all I know my son-in-law, and my daughter, love New Balance sneakers.
I want to comment about my shopping experience at the Shops on Don Mills location.
I was extremely happy with the professionalism of the staff. Their greetings were genuine and not a put on act. They made me feel welcomed. They knew what I was looking for and immediately went inside to fetch them. Unfortunately they did not have the size 12 I was looking for. They quickly checked the inventory at other locations; put an order for the transfer of goods and the very next morning they had the shoes for me. Excellent service.

Walked in with a purpose. Really needed a new pair of shoes as my old ones had many holes in them. I asked a lot of questions, and the staff gave me plenty of suggestions.
