Upon seeing the bike in person, it exceeded my expectations! It was clean and had just been serviced by them. To top it all off, as a token of appreciation for supporting their business, Barnes provided me with a gift card, along with multiple offers for purchasing gear in store. Overall, I have had a pleasant buying experience at this location. I recommend this dealership to anyone who would like a hassle-free, efficient, and impressive experience in purchasing a Harley Davidson.

Barnes harley in langford Victoria is amazing. Went in to test ride a used lowrider st and left on a brand new road glide. Staff is very good with answering questions and knowing the bikes. The crew at Barnes Harley-Davidson Victoria are an amazing bunch but one sales man stands out above the rest. Jason Schultz is YOUR guy when it comes to finding that next new thrill on two wheels. I've had several dealings with Jason myself but his attention and attitude towards the two wheeled arena is above the rest. Every single client of mine who's purchased from Jason has nothing but great things to say and seeing his hard work first hand confirms exactly that.

As a former vehicle broker, it's tough when you're dealing with the "script reading, memorized the brochure yesterday" type guy at the dealer. You almost want to turn away or make an immediate excuse to leave. Jason on the other hand is the complete opposite, he's the type of guy who you want to spend the whole day with. To say that Melvin and the crew at Barnes Harley Davidson in Victoria exceeded my expectations would be a severe understatement. It was about two years ago that I began looking to upgrade to a Harley Davidson. On a whim, I stopped at Barnes for a look. Within the half hour, I was test riding a Sportster. Since that time, the dealership had kept in low key, no pressure contact. Now, I own my first Harley. Melvin and the entire staff have gone WAY above and beyond for me. So many thanks. This location has been open for about 10 years. A beautiful store clean and shiny with knowledge staff.

I just bought my first Harley from Barnes last week. The sales staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly and the finance team hustled to make it happen as my credit isn’t the best. The poker run celebration was a nice touch to remind you that they sincerely care about their product and buying experience. I love everyone I met. I was extremely satisfied with my with the time my salesman (Jason) took to explain the details of the model I was interested in and time spent in finding the right colour that I was interested in. Also I was happy with Jasmine in the parts department with the time she took with me in finding some additional additions for the bike.
