Got an Iphone 15pro from this store and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly customer service. These guys knew what they were talking about and gave me a good deal. If you are in the market for a good deal, this is the place to shop!

The guys knew what they were talking about, they did what they could even with their systems crashing part way through the process. They sent us on our way with some goodies and when we returned, the required deposit was refunded and additional gifts were supplied. They were very polite and really wanted to help.

This is the first time I have been to the mobile shop and my experience has been superb. Employees like Prem and Gaurav helped me out and answered my all queries. Thank you guys for being supportive. 👍

Awesome customers service

I switched from Telus to Koodo with this shop and was very pleased with the service and a few extras that were thrown in with my new phone. Koodo(Vancouver) shipped my new phone from Vancouver to Saskatchewan by mistake and the shop gave me the tracking number and called me when it arrived at the shop. They were very service orientated all round. Thank you !

Please speak English, when your customers are English. Do not make them wait to repair what you did wrong.

Bought new iphones on cyber monday and was told I would get $75.00 in PC points for each phone. I was told I had 2 weeks to transfer my data and bring in my old phones. I returned them in 1 week and the employee said he would give us the points, but they never showed up on our account. He called me 3 days later to say they were not going to honor the verbal agreement. These people can't be trusted, don't buy from them.

So, so, so bad. I came in to get a phone, got told that someone would be here in “a few minutes” to help me, turned out they weren’t even in the store and I had to wait 20+ minutes for them to get here. Even though I called ahead of time to check promotions, I was LIED TO and they were less when I came in. Even my phone trade in value dropped by $180 between home and their store. Then, because of their RIDICULOUS policy, my phone had to be opened by the person working and the initial set up done by them. All of this even though I SPECIFICALLY asked for it not to be done. Absolute WORST service I have ever received. Never again will I purchase a phone from this shop, in fact I may still return it.
