I had the pleasure of spending a lot of time in this store today with Both the manager and one of the staff members
I have a senior dog that won’t eat and a puppy with a sensitive gut. Both the manager and a staff member spent a good amount of time going over options for both my dogs and sending me home with a number of samples and some purchases to try in hopes of getting both dogs needs met. I have been purchasing multiple foods from other pet store for my senior dog that he wasn’t interested in and wasting them. The puppy is on vet food that I am not fully comfortable with and both staff members spent a lot of time in researching and selecting items to try and a plan for adding others or staying with what was sent home if it meets their needs
I can’t recommend this store enough as both of these dogs have been a challenge finding a proper feed for them and this staff went over and above to assist in helping find what will

The staff member here was so so helpful! Our puppy loved her recommendations! The store was so clean and very well organized and easy to find what you are looking for. Love that they have little birthday treats and a large selection of food. Would recommend this store for all your pet needs!

Fantastic selection and service! Staff have always been attentive and knowledgeable about what I’m needing, be it dog food, treats, nail trims or gifting. Brought my timid pup in for a nail trim last week and it was the calmest experience we have ever had. Thanks!

The staff at this store are the BEST! Super friendly and helpful, but it’s definitely their knowledge that sets them apart from other pet stores. I always learn something whenever I visit!

The new owner Meg has completely turned this place around! The staff are extremely knowledgable and the store is well stocked, clean and organized! You can’t go wrong with a single brand or product carried in this store. They carry all very high quality food options and some wonderful local products as well! They are welcoming of both dog and cat customers and are even accommodating to dogs struggling with reactivity! Highly recommend!!!

Meg recently acquired this shop and she's AMAZING! The store is clean and well laid out. There is even a super cute Valentine photo backdrop for you and your pet.

The best part is that you can engage in a meaningful dialogue in which you get great info on how to help your pet.

We are navigating the world of maybe it is an allergy, maybe it is a skin condition, maybe it's a......? I felt heard and could have a conversation around what options does this store carry and how effective is each suggestion.

Meg have several options, discussed all at different options and their price points and gave the pros and cons of each. It was nice not to feel pressured to go to one brand over another.

I believe I found our new store.

This store is amazing! Mikayla was very knowledgeable and helped me think of new enrichment ideas, get food, and was all around very lovely! I would definitely go again!

So happy to have found this place! The staff was so welcoming and friendly. They had such a variety of holistic dog treats, food, bone broths and CBD oil. The girl working was so helpful and mentioned if they didn't have what I was needing in stock, they would order it for me no problem. It felt good to support a local business. They also have air miles which was a bonus. I will only shop here from now on.

This was the first time going into the store since before the pandemic. The staff are new and they are absolutely amazing! All three girls I met tonight greeted me, were attentive, knowledgeable, and just awesome lovely people with great senses of humour. They have a great selection of products. I’ll be giving them as much of my business possible.

Very happy with our visit here, they have knowledgeable staff that was able to answer all my questions. My dog has a sensitive tummy and the guy working there offered a variety of different food options for my pup.

The layout is nice and they have some interesting options for treats, they also have a good selection of raw dog food in the freezers. I even saw kangaroo meat options!

Good return policy because if my dog doesn't like it we can bring it back (as long as there is at least 3/4 of the bag) but it doesn't look like it will be an issue. Our dog immediately took to the workers recommendation. Thanks for the help!

Alissa is AMAZING and very knowledgable! She has helped me so much in the last week regarding CBD oil and proper treats for my Bella girl. Not only was she helpful and knowledgable, she was very sweet with Bella and gave me recommendations regarding local training to help us. She really went above and beyond! Definitely making this my regular pet store!

The owner and manager are super friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized. They carry great products and prices are fair.

Store is very clean and well laid out. Staff are always friendly. Global Pet Foods carry high quality pet foods and supplies at reasonable prices. My favourite place to shop for my pets.

They have higher quality food than regular pet stores. I am a fan of European made pet food as the European standards are higher than the ones placed in the America's (USA, CND, MXC)

Smaller than the big box pet stores but a great selection of quality brands at comparable prices, well laid out and easy to find what you came for. Going to be doing my pet supply shopping there from now on.

Helpful staff and they carry the treats that my dog loves. She is allergic to a lot of different proteins and Global Pets has a great variety of special treats.
