Winners

Small but clean and well organized, mainly beauty and clothing. I needed to visit this location for a return, and was excited when I realized I would be interacting with the infamous Rita that many reviewers have mentioned.

Rita is a boss. She will not be accepting your lightly used merchandise for resale to another customer. She was polite and courteous with me, but I can tell that if I stepped out of line, she wouldn’t hesitate to put me into my place. She is what retail is sorely missing.

I love her energy. The only shame is that she’s at Winners and not running a task force or the CRA.

Great location and great store managers and staff. The customer service is excellent there. Consider that there is a limited variety of selections, like there is no kids and men footwear section.

Great location with an excellent selection considering it is so tiny. I ALWAYS walk out with something and it is neatly organized. Great staff, quick line.

They dont carry every department, which is good to know. I was looking for bedding and that sort of thing isn't stocked

This store was located less than ten minutes walking distance from my hotel.

And I spent a lot of time there.

This store is not as huge than other Winners stores, but you can really get very great bargains there. I did with shirts and shoes, but also with underwear and belts and ties and ties and jeans.....etc

You need to go often there cause they're receiving new items almost every two days and the deals are great.

Even if this store seem to be a little messy, I did find some of my best deals there.

This Winners is great! I bought a designer shoulder bag, shampoo and hair serum and spent just a fraction of the price. The customer service here is excellent and the selection of items is terrific. Englinton station is close by making it very convenient.

My shopping spree at this Winners with my neighbour on Friday afternoon/evening was very fruitful. I must say that the employees at this location are exceptionally nice and accommodating. In particular Diana M. Who worked in the change room was off the charts sweet and extremely helpful. She paid equal attention to all of the customers and helped me select a whole new wardrobe. Because of Diana and the friendly cashiers, I will be recommending this location and returning.

I enjoyed the service by Tatiana, she’s pleasant and humorous. I purchased beautiful earrings from her.

It is a very small Winners, but this location has some really GREAT items!

The staff are great, I was able to put an item on hold for the next day at 8:50pm, minutes before closing.

If you want to buy any type of footwear, please check winners first. If you are lucky, you'll find clothes, shoes and accessories of your size. Some of them might not be as per the latest trend, but they're outright just a fraction of the price as compared to other outlets, including the original stores of the brand (I've tried a couple comparisons myself).
The collection of things keep changing so you would have to keep visiting regularly if you are looking for a particular product.
The one at Yonge and Eglinton centre does not have a home department.
Overall I am very satisfied with the variety, quality and aesthetics of the merchandise at winners as well as home depot (same group as tjx lifestyle) and would highly recommend them

Not the best merchandise but the absolute best customer service. Winner's is always hit or miss, so it's great to know you can count on a smile at this location. Top notch.

Amazing sale is going on all the brands.
So much options in women section.

Good prices. Good service. There is no kids section. It's a small store but I found nice shoes and a great shirt
