Metro

It gets an extra only & only because of the location. For me, I just have to cross the road from home. But for others too, it's right at Eglinton station. So they could pick up groceries when when returning home.

No doubt, all Metros are way more expensive than the exact same brand products in Walmart / No Frills / Freshco. It is what it is. So I occasionally buy from Metro. But it's great to have something right downstairs, offer you all the basic stuff.

It's clean, well-organized, fresh groceries.

Good produce. Nice variety of items. Often find good meat specials.

Very busy, popular supermarket, larger than appears from outside. Good selection.

One of my favourite supermarket. Take a look on week promotions, some products have great discounts every week, starting at Wednesday.

Metro grocerry store is very good grocerry store . Prices are reasonable and all items are good and fresh too.

I always come here and just find the things I need. But I decided to leave a review because I just came in tonight and couldn't find a product. So I asked a guy working on the floor and he was extremely friendly and nice. I always have a good experience here. But he made it a very good one. Cheers!

Good variety of selections in different sections. Nice shopping experience. Super happy to find Marmite. It's in the baking section right next to yeast!

BBQ chicken - juicy and delicious
They have "meal" packets at $7.50 and those are really value for money. It comes with chicken, fries and rice. Small quantities but good for one person.
This store has good variety of breads and cakes.
Cashier check out is fast and efficient.
They clear long queues quickly.
Location is ideal. After buying your groceries, just walk across to Eglinton Subway station.
Convenient when you are buying heavy grocery items and taking public transport.
Look out for offer, they are really worth. Like frozen pizza 2 for $7. Frozen fish fillet $8 instead of usual price $15.
They even have heavy discounts for fresh milk and eggs. You may get these items cheaper than Food Basics or Freshco. (Which is unexpected as many Metro stores usually price their items a little premium).

My Go to store for quick needs before heading home from work

Staying with relatives nearby and had to investigate this store. Prices seemed higher than US and hefty tax added to food. It was clean, well stocked and good variety.

Most helpful and friendly stuffs. specially at self check out area

Of all the supermarkets in the City, this store has the best prices on its products. In the middle of the week he puts offers. Here if they sell milk without carrageenan.

Renovated. Clean. Bright. Used to be my grocery store when I lived downtown. Entire mall is renovated. People friendly

Clean and hygienic location. They employee the elderly and give them chance at employment too so that's good. One of the best stores to buy produce. If you are buying processed foods you'll find better deals at Costco but do we really want to eat that much processed food?

Amazing experience doing grocery

This Metro is clean has good deals and a great selection from cheese two different types of breads to just so many other items this place is great just for a quick bite for lunch or full of grocery shopping for the family, grand
