Reitmans

I just had a great experience at this store tonight. The employees were very kind, helpful, and friendly. One of the employees (I wish I had gotten her name!) in particular was very helpful: she spent several minutes helping me determine my size, find the fit I wanted, and followed up with me when I was done trying on the jeans she suggested. I honestly hate clothes shopping but this experience made it very enjoyable!

Great staff at this location. There is always a great selection of clothing. Love the active wear and accessories as well. The online service is awesome!

I really like the quality of most of their clothes. I had some difficulty with returning a defective sweater. Be sure to keep the tags and do not wash an item if you are returning it.

My wife buys a lot of her clothes from Reitmans. She says the staff is very polite and they have a good selection of clothing.

Found exactly what I was looking for and had a very pleasant staff member to help me out. Well lit atmosphere and inviting store to shop in. Better than the local mall location and definitely warrants a return visit. 🙂

Good quality and selections---- prices can be unrealistic on some items though--- find the Same stuff at Suzy shear or old Navy for less than half the price at times

The store was not very busy and the change room area was filthy. The store is very well lit, which lends itself to easy scrutinizing for cleanliness.

The rest of the store seemed organized, comparatively, but I just couldn't get past how dirty the change room area was. People are in this area bare footed many times!

Disgusting.

Actually my rating would be Zero! l do not usually go out of my way to do these types of things but l was so upset with the service or lack there of at this store yesterday, l felt the need to reach out! First of all, usually when l enter a Reitman's store an employee will come and greet me and let me know what the specials are or ask if they can help me - there was none of that yesterday. The 2 ladies that were working there gave me no introduction at all and l felt they were avoiding any kind of eye contact with me 100%!!! l was looking at some tops and l ask the one lady behind the counter what bust size was the XXL she said it was a 1X ...so l said do you know the bust size? and she said no...so while l was standing there l went to Reitman's online on my phone went to the size chart of the blouses and found the information l was looking for...good customer service would of had that employee on her computer looking up that information for me. Not once did either one of those employees ask me if l needed any help. l had my arms full of clothes to try on and neither one said "can l start a change room for you" and take those clothes off my hands so that l could be more comfortable shopping. The store was very dusty, dirty floors and disorganized. l spent 133.00 in the store yesterday but l could have easily spent hundreds more if l had some assistance from the sales people while looking for sizes and styles etc...this was very unfortunate. Like l said l do not usually take the time to type these comments but l was so disappointed in my experience at this Reitman's store - l just felt it necessary to say something - thank you for your time.

I'd say zero if I had the option. First time I ever step foot in this store was at 730 & it closes at 8. The cashier decided to make this announcement directed at me saying "I'm just letting everyone know that you can't try anything on at this time and if you're buying something you MUST buy it NOW!!" What?!! I literally just walked in, it's a small store, I had a half hour until closing to at least browse. I turned around and walked out as fast as I walked in. Never been in there before and will never go back again.
