Great selection of books. Store and bathroom was clean and tidy. Staff are helpful. Chapters is a clean bookstore located in the center of the city conveniently located next to many useful stores to visit such as Costco. It is warm, has a great selection and is staffed properly. I have come here to buy gifts for people and found there's always something in their selection that would make a great present. It has a coffee shop located inside which makes for a perfect place to relax and spend a cold afternoon. I come here frequently and look forward to coming here for years to come.

Lot of book options loved it , sale priced items , big shop lot of options inside and coffe shop.

Always very clean, with friendly and helpful staff. They also ensure to keep great stock of both popular and unpopular items. The bathrooms especially are always available to customers and are quite clean.

My wife is a reader, so books are important to her, the variety is unmatched. As for me if I am looking for a different occasion card, or different gift this is certainly the place.

Always a joy. Friendly, helpful knowledgeable staff, self-serve computer kiosks to help locate books and availability, ability to place orders for pickup when items are not in store, a wide variety of special interest and niche products and gift ideas, comfortable seating available, bright, open plan arrangement of store, public bathroom available and a limited Starbucks cafe. This store also offers fun events such as a Harry Potter night with tons of activities, for example. For a big box store, it is incredibly inviting and enjoyable, and can be a bit difficult to leave, as one is constantly finding new gems as you try to make your way out the door. Highly recommend.

Always a favourite place to shop and visit. Staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and if they aren't sure are willing to help you find the perfect book you are looking for. Great place for gift ideas and just a nice place to hang out have a coffee and browse books.

Clean and quiet. Just what you expect at Chapters! I also love that they let us bring our dog in while we browse.

My son Jordan loves the alphabet books his favorite letter is J!

Friendly staff, everything well organized. I haven't been to Chapters in a long time..but it's a little bit dollarstorish now with all of the itmes for sale.

It’s a bookstore. They reinvented their in house coffee shop, post Starbucks that serves alcohol. They welcome dogs 🐕

I love this chapters, so many good deals in every section of the store. A great store with thousands of gift ideas. Also the Starbucks is right there, I always get an americano or a chestnut latte during the holidays. I love coffee.

Best place ever! The atmosphere is amazing for readers and browsers alike, always tidy and staff are always willing to help. I feel better with the safety precautions they put in to stop the spread of covid! Can't help buying a new book every time I'm in! :)

This store has a great collection of books and spots to just chill on a plush leather chair. The staff were extremely helpful in finding what I needed and provided useful suggestions that has swayed my decision in buying a better product. The overall experience is amplified by the accessibility to Starbucks within the store. Spaces are limited in the evenings if you need to chill at Starbucks, so make sure you get there early and grab a spot.

Large selection, great store. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The Starbucks inside is perfect for grabbing a drink and reading a book. Starbucks staff are friendly also, pleasant to chat with.

I love coming here with a coffee to peruse all the books. There are always some interesting cookbooks in the discount/sales area and I rarely leave empty handed. Because there is a Starbucks attached, the store smells like coffee and books which I just heavenly to me

I can spend hours in Chapters! It is my favorite book store! And their gift section just keeps getting better! Nothing makes me happier than receiving a gift card from Chapters; it means I have a reason to go spend a few hours browsing plus I get to buy a book!!!
