One of the best places to buy quality products. I must say their customer service was great.

Great selection of a myriad of things. The majority of my electronics purchases happen at Best Buy. Not only because they have great deals but also because their protection plans are the easiest to navigate.

Also learned about their membership plan which makes computer troubleshooting infinitely easier and cheaper.

My most recent purchases from Best Buy have included a charge five Fitbit, Dijimini drone, and iPhone cases, all of which, are still doing amazingly well.

Recently ran into a problem of buying a pair of headphones that I thought were directly Bluetooth accessible, but needed a connection to the computer and asked to return it, and was given no trouble with the return.

The customer service representative has generally been really nice and very helpful. Overall 5/5, highly recommend for all your electronics needs!

Went in today to have a secondary hard drive install by Geek Squad. They were so fast, so courteous, and good humored guys in general. I figured they'd have my pc for a day but the turn around was under 30 mins.

Would 100% recommend.

Got my i phone 15 pro last week and i just went today and change it to pro max the girl who’s name is Khadija in the mobile section done the process. She did a great job and best customer satisfaction really helpful and understanding. Thanks best buy for hiring good employees and for the services really appreciate it.

Last week my partner and I came in looking to buy a TV. We weren't planning on purchasing that day, so we were more or less window shopping. Dan from your TV department approached us and started showing us around and asking what we liked. Ultimately, we chose a 75" Samsung 2023 TV, which had some really awesome features (like a built in Xbox feature) and is a great fit for our living room revamp and for our family all around. He was super knowledgeable and answered every question we had. We ended up paying for the TV the same day (and are expecting it hopefully by today as it had to be ordered to the store). He even offered to help walk us through any issues if we needed help with troubleshooting the TV. Thank you, Dan, for your excellent customer service and knowledge. We really appreciate you and all the help you provided us.

Dan was absolutely AMAZING!!! I went in looking for an apartment washer dryer combo and he was so unbelievably helpful. He went out of his way to help me. His patients with me was incredible. 10/10

We went to Best Buy to look for security door bell cameras and the salesperson Div helped us tremendously! He was knowledgeable and found exactly what we needed. It was a great store experience and we highly recommend speaking to this employee as he exemplifies excellent customer service and product knowledge!

Always good fast service and reliable prices. I bought my PC from here and I absolutely love it ! The computer runs smooth, the monitor is absolutely stunning 4K monitor! Webcam from Logitech is phenomenal for the price and the mic is very clean and crisp! 2 year warranty was super easy to register! Best Buy is a great trusted website and I’ll be a loyal customer to them! Especially at this location they are very friendly and fast and helpful during the times of COVID! The driver even went out of his way to make sure my delivery got to me early! What amazing customer service I am so pleased thank you!!!

I have always found what I need here at the Sudbury Best Buy. Today I needed a USB WiFi adapter and fell just short of being able to afford it. The staff were super helpful and worked with me to find a quick and easy solution and now I have the tools I need to get some work done! The woman who helped me was amazing and I forgot to get her name but I hope you see this!! 💖💖

I don’t usually post reviews, but every single time I come into this specific store everyone is always so friendly and helpful! Lyle really stuck out when I recently came in to purchase a new controller when I had no idea what I was looking for. He really is such a great asset to your team! I definitely will be back!

I believe this to be the best BestBuy in Sudbury. They are not as good as a catalogue store, for anything I ever bought there, they had to have shipped in from the great warehouse in the sky. Happily, too, on two of the three times they said they would phone me, I was able to go online to see that my order had been delivered to them the week before. Picking up my goodies worked a charm. It took 15 minutes to get there and back, but only a half hour in the shop for them to find the package. Prices, well, all shops are competitive today, so buyers, beware.

Thank you Best Buy (Sudbury) and the Geek Squad (Eric) for the exceptional customer service in my recent purchase of a new laptop. You really made the transition from my old laptop to the new one seamless. This was not my first purchase over the years at this location and it will not be my last, l am a loyal customer and always appreciate the excellent customer service. Keep up the great work!!!

After a total of 6 visits to a different department store in a quest to purchase major appliances with no luck of employee assistance, my brother and I decided to go to Best Buy and check out what they have to offer. As soon as well walked in, we were pointed in the direction of the appliance section, with staff on the way to greet and assist us. Alan and Lynn provided us extensive product education, assistance in our decision making process, and went above and beyond for our major purchase of a washer, dryer, stove, and OTR microwave. We still require a few more appliances as we renovate our new home and I refuse to go anywhere else other than this Best Buy. The customer service, friendliness, honesty, pricing, and overall experience was unmatched. I will be recommending everyone I know and interact with to go here for the best possible buying experience. Thank you for all of your patience and time (over an hour!) dedicated to helping us!

Nice it has lots of good things at a affordable price and great service they remain a amazing store I've had so many adventures shopping here from being a kid looking at ds games to basically an adult looking for computer parts

We renovated our kitchen and were looking for kitchen appliances. Went to many stores but were not satisfied with anyone of them. Finally thought of visiting best buy and to my astonishment We got the best deal and a wonderful experience with the appliance staff especially Alan and Aroop. Both of them very courterous and in depth product knowledge.
Both of them made sure we got the best deal and very specifically suggested which will be the best suited appliance as per our needs. Also they made sure that all the appliances were delivered on time. Best Buy is now one and the only place for me to buy any appliance or electronics.

I want to send a huge shout out to Matt and Brett at the Sudbury (#901) store. They went above and beyond trying to help me locate a missing receipt for an appliance that had failed right around the end of the warranty. I spent probably an hour on the phone with the corporate office to no avail but these guys dug deep and helped me out. Thanks so much! We need more people like you working in retail.
