Epicerie De La Rue Couillard

Wonderful place for a quick lunch. They have many items but we got the duck and rabbit on poppyseed and sesame baguettes, with caramelized onion. Both were sumptuous! It is on a small enclosed Rue, medieval European like, out of the sun on a hot day. Heartily recommended.

I'm writing this while enjoying jambon & fromage brie sandwich with a poppyseed baguette a few hours after I bought it. IT'S SO GOOD! I'm glad I trusted the good reviews posted here. When I arrived, I couldn't read the menu because it was only in French, and the sandwich station was closed. However, the staff was kind enough to suggest some sandwich options that were available and recommended the jambon sandwich. If you're looking for a quick but decent lunch, this place is the perfect choice.

Mostly has wine! A good selection! A couple snacks. A little sandwich counter. It's cute! :)

A street away from the busy tourist area. Terrific deli sandwiches for a quick and tasty lunch. We had a brie and rabbit on baguette and a brie and duck on baguette sandwich.

Great little place for snacks, sandwiches and authentic local fare. The staff were friendly and the freshly-made sandwiches prepared to your liking. The prices are fair and better than getting something at the airport, so we stocked up on sandwiches to take with us. Good variety and great location. Good alternative for those self-catering or just wanting a small meal. Thumbs up.

The closest store to my accommodation, and wow, what a find! The terrine lapin blueberry baguettes are amazing, as are the salads, especially the kale and cabbage! Very friendly, good prices, I pop in on my way home each day!

Great little shop for a few snacks. I got barbecue cheese curds and crackers to bring next door to my hotel room at Rue St. Anne Hotel.

An old standard in old Quebec under new ownership as of about 2 yrs ago. Rediscovered that place after close to 20 yrs. The new decor and new owners make it a great place to shop. Keep up the good work!

Magnifique épicerie! On y retrouve une grande variété de produits essentiels en plus d’une grande sélection de bières de microbrasseries. Leur soupe wonton est la meilleure et leurs sandwichs faits main sont délicieux. Petit conseil pour les touristes, c’est la meilleure place pour acheter son sirop d’érable (en canne) rapport qualité/prix.

Les sous-marins y sont excellent, bien garnis et savoureux, et on y trouve tout ce qu’il faut pour casser la croûte. Le secret le mieux gardé du Vieux-Québec!
