This home Depot is a big store and I found the required stuff at a fair price.

I had AMAZING experience shopping at this Home Depot location. And they provide the best customer service, Curtis helped us with cutting our previously purchased shelves into shorter pieces patiently and professionally! And it’s free of charge as long as the shelves are bought from them even old ones. He is so nice and made our day! Thank you! 😊

I am a Calgary contractor and the store location I use most is north hill. I am writing this review with regards to the paint department. I had pre-ordered a custom tint for my site and could not get to the store and pick it up that day. When I finally was able to arrive there I was impressed that it had been put aside for me and I did not have to wait. The person that took care of my order is the same employee that I have dealt with many times and she deserves my gratitude as every time I go to the paint department for supplies she is always accommodating and her knowledge of the Home Depot products is impressive. I just want to say again, thank you Emma, you do your job very well.

Very impressed with the customer service in the blinds department. We were looking for window coverings for our retail store that would still provide a good amount of daylight inside without people being able to look in. A very friendly lady sat down with us to help us out & booked us a free consultation for our business. We also talked about security, lighting & fire alarm systems & she was very helpful & knowledgeable about everything they have to offer. Excellent service & prices for a centrally located store. Always a great selection of gardening, plumbing, painting & cleaning supplies. A regular customer that always finds what I need and they offer key cutting with the latest technology without a long wait. Always plenty of staff on the floor in different departments & quick & easy checkouts.

Greatest Home Depot Experience... as a past employee from Home Depot Kelowna.. having moved to Calgary and being a contractor I get the opportunity to bounce into different locations quite regularly.

This Home Depot might not have the best parking lot or eas of access, maybe its not the newest or fanciest.

But my experience I had with this beautiful soul Peter changed my entire experience..I had a massive to do list and Peter asked me what I needed help he walked me to every section if the store, waited with me in making a decision, took me to clearance section and show me what they had on sale and even helped me signed up for PRO, once that was done he even walked me to the self checkout and helped me cash out.

Now a days this service is simply not common, some associates in other stores don't even say hi.

I would literally drive across the city to be helped by Peter, and so many other associates at this store is also helpful.

Shootout to the manager of this location and all the associates working here, we see the service and want to acknowledge the staff.

This place has pretty awesome customer service actually. They are so good here it almost feels strange.
My last visit was awesome, much respect to John L. For going over and above with our Christmas tree purchase.

This is the best HD in the city, We have purchased from multiple departments over the years. Special mention to Andy from management and Andrew from the appliance department who provided stellar service. Both are professional, accurate and are always willing to help and make our customer experience better. There is no question that we will be back! THANK YOU!

Awesome cashier lady, she was quick and and helpful with answering my questions about some power tools. Also the guy in the paint section is very knowledgeable and helped me choose the exact colour I was looking for. Good folks working here

Friendly and knowledgable staff make this Home Depot a great experience when you need a few things for home repair or otherwise.

Really great Home Hardware. Definitely my go to location in the city. Always well stocked with everything needed for your projects. Recently purchased items for our renovation and got a lot of guidance and assistance finding what would work best for our needs. Highly recommend this location.

Came in in January... And felt like middle of summer with all the plants and tropical flowers! Such a great and big selection for this time of year!!!! Reminded me of warmth and life again! I suggest you visit and bring some home to liven the atmosphere! They really made me feel happy!

Home depot on 16ave is my go to location as it is super easy access drive from my work. Plus they have almost everything I need and the staff is always friendly and helps me find exactly what I'm looking for. The one thing they don't have is a lumber yard unfortunately I have to go to lowes in the northwest or Rona in the south for that. Overall I like this home Depot location!

Nice friendly staff. They helped us in very nice way. We just want to return items, hussle free transactions.

Each and every home depot location is far better than Rona in terms of inventory and service. I always get help when needed, the on field staff is always more than willing to assist. Strongly recommended.

Today I picked up some ice melt at Home Depot 16 Ave NW. The service was excellent. A special thank you to Jeremy who brought the bag to my car and put it in the trunk.

I came in at 30 mins before closing and purchased 4 windows and wood shims.
I had forgot my wood shims in my shopping buggy and i didnt notice until i was home.
Called at 758 and Ethan in customer service picked up at 7:59! I had told him i forgot my wood shims , and he asked my where my buggy was and that he would place them at customer service for me to retrieve the next buisness day
He went above and beyond customer service ! Absolute gem of a employee! All your employees should strive for the same level of customer service!!
Not only did he anser right at closing time but he saved my items! Thank you ethan!

I like that I can usually find things easily. My favourite person in this store is Mario as they are so helpful and friendly. Was able to get what I need there because of the help.

16 Ave home Depot is excellent, right by the main road and easy to access. Have plenty of options and even a rental center. During the covid 19 the staff is friendly and professional, taken care of precautions during this pandemic. Highly recommended this HD location if you're by the 16ave area!
