Most excellent service installing our new combo boiler system. Management and all of the technicians were very skilled, knowledgeable, responsive and personable . Highly recommend this company. Should the need arise would call them in again. Their office system of informing you who would be coming and when is the best I have ever seen.

We have used Hilltop Plumbing and Heating 2 times in the last several months - once to install an EV charger and a second time to bring our broken boiler back to life. We have been very impressed with the service - the team is friendly and punctual, and they take the time to explain what is going on and how to best address it. Their invoices are reasonable. We definitely recommend this local company.

Amazing service! Furnace died on the coldest day of recent memory and the folks at Hilltop dealt with it within 2 hours of me calling in. Competition was saying 3 days before heading over. At -12° to -15° weather speed is essential. Thanks to Jordan we are back to a warm home.

We woke up to a very cold house on the coldest day of the year. We phoned Hilltop Plumbing right away. Wayne arrived before the scheduled time. He checked our furnace and let us know the problem and the cost to replace the part. By the end of the business day, we had heat and it was right on budget. The service was excellent by both technicians. We are so happy with the excellent service from the moment our call was answered.

Jordan was fantastic. He took time to understand the problem and provided great service. Our HVAC is weird and I’m glad we got experts out to check it out. When the machine broke after the first service, they made every effort to get someone out here ASAP. I’m never going to anyone else I’ve found our plumbers for life!

We hired Hilltop last year to upgrade to a heat pump, tankless water heater and add AC in our unit.
Neighbors recommended their own vendor but I followed my gut and went with Hilltop in South Surrey BC. Im so glad I did coz Brent and his staff were so professional and patient as they help us walk through the entire process esp the steps to be able to avail of the BC rebate program. We are so happy that we finally have all these upgrades and how efficient the system is to enhance the heating & cooling situation in my house which was so problematic before. I received 2 fat rebate cheques fr the govt and I cant thank them enough for their guidance. Now my home has an energy rating which is a plus factor when I sell my unit later on. I just had a furnace and heat pump installed by Hilltop Plumbing & Heating. It was a two day install and it looks amazing! I was SO impressed with the professionalism and competence of the crew. Jeff, Dylon, Billy, Ryan and Nick were outstanding! This is a ten out of ten installation. Highly recommended.

Professional all the way around. From my initial quote and walk-through to completing the job ahead of schedule. The crew went out of their way to be as courteous and un disruptive as possible. once the job was done, everything was cleaned better than they found it, and I was shown how to use the new equipment.

Hilltop was excellent. I always go with BBB- recommended, and local as well. The plumber came as scheduled, very pleasant and efficient. The job was a simple, shut-off valve replacement, and he was fast. Since it was a 50-year-old house, he suggested replacing the cold water, one too; I agreed as it would avoid the cost of a future, separate call, and it was super simple and fast, thus very little extra cost to do it now. I was also concerned about our regulator, but he determined it was an unrelated non-issue. No plumbing is cheap but Hilltop definitely gave great value for a very fair price. For me they are a definite go-to plumbing place next time!

Just had a wonderful experience having my furnace repaired and serviced by Jordan this afternoon. I was concerned when my furnace made gurgling noises upon starting it up again a couple of days ago. Jordan explained it wasn't unusual hearing those sounds from the condensor upon startup after having the furnace off all summer. He fully explained the diagnostics to check for issues, and even caught one that could have potentially flooded my crawl space in the near future. I'm a very grateful homeowner, who will only use Hilltop Plumbing & Heating for all of my repair needs, and will specifically be asking for Jordan from now on. I'd give Hilltop more than 5 stars if I could!

My outdoor fireplace suddenly stopped working. Dreading having to wait around all day for someone to come and fix it, I called Hilltop Plumbing. Deanna answered the phone and she was very nice and very pleasant. She actually had someone available for the very next day! Wayne showed up right at the beginning of the window of time I was given, was very polite and presentable, came in and fixed the issues, cleaned up after himself and left in no time at all. I highly recommend Hilltop as a reliable, pleasant and efficient business to deal with. Thanks Hilltop!

Despite its a local plumbing company, the service and the value proposition isn’t what it used to be. Appointments get booked incorrectly, phone numbers didn’t get recorded correctly or the business operation is flawed. Initially want to support local biz, but when the business takes you for granted and charge you like Vegas, don’t look back and run. Because if they cannot fix something, they can always replace it for more. Older doesn’t always mean better, it might means they know how to charge you better, not necessarily providing better service. After calling several times to reach the business manager, not one follow up. Profit chasing is important for business, but at least makes the customers feel good about it.

After contacting the business manger Steve, he was very professional and humble. Discussed my concerns, and issues. He promptly spoke to his staffs and the issue has now been resolved. Lesson learned means the company will excel in the future and I shall also continue giving Hilltop Plumbing future businesses because I know they will listen and they will improve and they will get back to you.
