I don’t usually write reviews but my recent experience at the Source is worth discussing. I received the most professional customer service from a young lady named Karl. She spent nearly an hour helping me set up my phone and showed me how to use it while seamlessly multi tasking to support the other staff in the store who were having an issue with another customer. Management at this store is phenomenal.

She treated me with so much respect and kindness I’ll never go to another phone carrier again. You can tell the staff at this store really care about their customers and aren’t pushy like other salesmen. They just want to help you
