October’s Very Own

Went to the store to see what it was all about. Met two reps by the name of Emjay and Harry. Guys gave me a great recommendation of why to buy OVO and what the brand represented. I didn't end up buying right away but the experience they gave me made me come back not only to buy for myself but to buy for friends and family for Christmas.

I recommend seeing those two for a positive shopping experience. They aren't pushy and they let me take my time on what I wanted to spend on. I also like how the store layout is very simple and clean with the new clothing coming from the back packaged. Makes my buying experience feel very clean.

Again see Emjay and Harry for a great time and a non pressured experience. If the "hire" ups could see this I hope these two would get some recognition for "me"

Last minute shopping. The store was closing. I saw that a sold out jacket was on the shelves as if to say please buy me? The gentleman at the door let me in. It was a medium. I needed an extra large so he said he’d go check. They had it. Wrapped up looked like never opened. I asked if I could try it on? The rest of the crew on a Saturday night gathered and said, “yeah you bet!” If fit with room for a hoodie underneath. Done. Paid for and thanked them all for staying late. Now I just need the hoodie and sweats to match the outfit. Oh boy this is exciting.

Came in today looking to buy a gift everyone gave great recommendations. Over all great customer service.

Last Friday i Had a blast flying into Calgary and pulling up to a little piece of Toronto the staff was amazing i was helped by Kate & Paul who were vary knowledgeable on not only sizes and styles but also stock. It was a great experience for a Friday in a busy atmosphere and being far from home. Visit let them know dj outbreak sent you i know you will not be disappointed

Paul and Carter were amazing help, they listened to everything i needed and were SO kind and patient. I will only shop at this location, 10/10 experience WOW

Really surprised to see an OVO store in Calgary. Used to buy at the OVO in London and the prices were extortionate there but amazing over here. Great employees too and very friendly!

Great friendly staff the entire time I was in there. The atmosphere and displays were very clean and sophisticated. I often feel when shopping at higher end stores the attendants ignore my existance but this team really treated me right! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town! Great job by everyone today 👏

Ive shopped here many times and every single time I've been greeted with a smile. The staff is super welcoming and had great suggestions to fit my style. They have new clothes added quite frequently and have a good selection of items.

Great selection of products. I was in last week to purchase gifts for family members and Eric was very informative, gave plenty of suggestions and answered all my questions. Store is very neat and organized. Highly recommend!

Went to buy a shirt and the store was empty and I was in shock the guy working was hella nice let me try on some shirts and was super helpful.

I spend so much money here it’s not even funny, like probably 6 months of salary at the very least. But it just goes to show how much I love the brand (and how much I simp for Drake) the staff at this location is the best however. These two girls that work there treat me like a little brother and it’s always fun to catch up with them and they’re always really helpful when it comes to me picking things out! Shout out to Kate and Alexis for making my day every time I’m there! 💙💙

The OVO store is not only visually appealing, but filled with respectful, attentive staff members. During my store visit, I was greeted by Dante who toured me around the store.

He took the time to explain the various product ranges, materials, and the what makes each range unique. Dante was respectful with his language, engaging with his communication and took the time to actively listen and respond to any questions I had. He was transparent and informative. A true gem to the Chinook Centre team and should be recognized for his excellent manners and exceptional customer service skills.

Other teams members, such as Kate and Dav, were cheerful and attentive to any assistance I needed. This team is wonderful at communicating and working together to meet the needs of their customers. They are urgent in providing service, efficient with the process of grabbing the item and proceeding to the till, and overall, professional with all the guests in the store.

Overall, the Chinook OVO team and store are a wonderful addition to the Calgary market. Wonderful experience that makes me want to visit and shop there again. Kudos to the team and their leader, Harry, for creating a wonderful shopping experience in the city of Calgary.

I really like the aesthetic and layout of the store, but I like the service even more. Immediately as I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff. I would like to thank Kate and Dav for being incredibly helpful, they went above and beyond and helped me get exactly what I wanted.

Solid store, as a street wear fan it's nice to have an affordable option in Calgary rather than having to pay crazy resell prices on certain brands. From now on ill probably just grab some pieces from OVO when in for the first time today and copped a few pieces, staff was super nice. Will be back at some point to stock up again

Harry, Emjay and Jann were fantastic. Super friendly and great to talk to. Told us all of the local spots in the city and were just all around very friendly. Very happy with our experience!

I had a wonderful experience shopping at this location. The store was very clean, and the staff were very diligent with following COVID-19 protocols. I was greeted and helped by Kate who helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Overall 10/10 experience

Ive had all good interactions with the staff. Ive asked some questions and they dont really know much...which shouldnt be a big deal but i can see why some people think its a problem. Doesnt seem like they get much sizes.
