The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. I was help in selecting socks for a friend's daughter and the selection was beautiful and budget affordable with discount included. Also lot's of various products eg. Shoe's,belts bags at great prices and affordable.

I've been here a few times and have always had great experiences. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection. A couple of weeks ago I bought some boots and a buckle broke, and the staff helped me with no problems at all. They didn't have a new pair of my size in stock, and have ordered me a new one which should be here in a day or two.

I went in to journeys looking for a good deal on shoes and I got the best customer service ever. Michael E. Sales manager was soooo helpful. He was the only one in the store and still managed to serve three people and give us the attention we needed. I was in the store for over an hour and I walked out with 11 pairs of shoes. Michael you're an asset to your company! More employees need to have your attitude towards customer service. Great job!!!

Great staff and excellent management. Had an issue with a manufactors defect in shoes for my daughter. Management handled the issue quickly and efficiently. Replacement shoes are being delivered right to our door. I will continue to buy myself and my kids shoes from journeys.

Came in today to quickly replace my vans. The two ladies were extremely polite, quick. Extremely friendly and recommended the best non slip socks I’ve ever tried :):)

I had one to this place a couple times the one in Shinnok I've been to the mall Chinook is the best that guy that is there he has a beard he's tatted up with tattoos awesome person always goes out of his way to try and get you anything you need or want from the store no questions asked this will be the only store I go to from now on for shoes

The best store for timberland boots, the staffs are always nice, mostly nick at the chinnok mall , and Jen at CrossIron mill mall. I always get good value for my money.
