I have to give a big thanks to the pharmacist Amnita, I was blown away from the kindness of that person. My kidney is failing and I was having a really bad day. She made my day better in time of need.. I so appreciated her gesture. It made me realize that there is still good people on this earth. Shoppers you have a fabulous staff. God bless

Had an amazing experience at shoppers drug mart today with Ena ( I hope I’m pronouncing the name correctly)😅 I’ve visited many places but customer service provided by Ena is really commendable. As we stepped in this store, she gave us her biggest smile and a very friendly conversation approached that shows great interest to help us on finding our products. It’s really hard to find people like her. Her way of talking was really respectful and kind. She in fact confirmed to us do we need any help. I think this is the best customer service I’ve ever experience to any place. Keep up the good work.😃 you’re the best🤗❤

Think my pharmacist is n Patel.. she always remembers who i am and knows my name and history for some reason . reviews my prescriptions in detail and offers up amazing advice . The friendly nature is what puts it over the top. Ten out ten for service and confident while still making sure it is the clients best intrest

Had an awesome experience with Zachary G. at the Chanel at Shoppers Chinook Centre today. Zach was kind and funny, but also helpful for choosing a great color lipstick for my skin tone, when people can’t try them on anymore. Zach introduced themselves, offered a few suggestions, shared product knowledge, gave me some samples and took me to the counter to pay. They even gave me their business card which made writing this 5-star review even easier. Better service than I would expect at a Shoppers and I ended up buying based on their confidence in the product and recommendation. Thank you, Zach!

I initially left a 1 Star Review here due to the cosmetics side staffing not greeting me upon multiple visits to this location and often getting glared at by numerous member of the staff here as I see others noted below the same issue.

However, after having so many negative experiences here I decided to call in and talk to the Manager of the Beauty department after leaving my review on the same day. Her name is Kim and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She took my issues seriously and even went to far as to look through security camera footage to see the incidents I was referring to in not being greeted and being glared at by certain staff members.

Kim is an ALL STAR on the shoppers cosmetics team and I highly suggest that is you experience similar issues on that side to call in vs just leaving a Google review. It's hard to see change in staff if you don't speak to someone directly. Especially, when you have a manager who will hear you and take your concerns seriously.

This way your issues can be dealt with specifically related to your experiences, time and dates they occurred if you do so on the same day of the incidents. This can help them train their staff to do better at providing customer service to all patrons and weed out bad apples that make the whole team look bad.

I absolutely love shopping for perfume at this Shoppers. They have a beautiful perfume section of the store and I always find the ladies there incredibly attentive and knowledgable. I will tell someone what I like and she will pull perfumes that are exactly what I am asking for. Makes me feel like I am in a luxury store with amazing care and customer service. Thank you!!

The employee working in the beauty section with long pink hair and gold glasses was an absolute delight to talk to ! They helped me find a lip colour that was long lasting but not dry out my lips as well as some great tips for growing my nails! Thanks so much !

Maryna was the absolute best. Helped me pick two perfumes and also helped me get 20 times point on my PC optimum card. Thank you soo much 😍

I love that they are open late. My toddler was suddenly ill late one evening and it was a huge relief to have a pharmacy nearby, open late, and a pharmacist still available to answer my questions about the various medications that were available.

I always have an amazing experience whenever I come to this Shoppers. Zack, Tyler, Irina, and the rest of the employees are so pleasant, cheery and helpful. I love buying Chanel from this store, and everytime I do I am greeted with smiling faces that go above and beyond to help me out! These great experiences encourage me to come back and shop at this location all the time!

This is a review for the beauty boutique! They did AMAZING! I have a body spray that I love and can't get here in Canada or shipped and I had gone to the Bay and had no luck there. The super friendly cashier at shoppers beauty boutique had a sniff and told me she's knows this smell! Then when directed me to the fragrance lady who then helped me find the smell close to it first try! Amazing and friendly service :)

I want to give a shout out to the person I spoke to on the phone today in the beauty boutique. I believe it could have been Taylor but I can't recall their name. They were so helpful despite not carrying the item I've been searching for across the city! They provided several other shoppers to call AND the numbers, I was able to secure my dyson supersonic. Thank you so much, and I will definitely be stopping by as the staff were so helpful!

My review is specifically focused on a pharmacist at this location by the name of Yousef. I am deathly afraid of needles, genuinely my biggest phobia. Yousef administered my vaccine with care and patience, helping to calm me down and also with zero side effects, not even so much as a bandaid needed. I specifically went back to him for my next needle as I appreciated his care and kindness.

I came here, as recently ditching Sephora I was in search of a new place to get my makeup, and this location is AMAZING!!! It’s huge, gorgeous, amazingly set up. They have so much selection of high end products, and even brands I’ve never seen before! The staff I dealt with were incredible and so helpful and they made amazing recommendations for my dry parched skin, and I’ve been using everything for around a week now and my makeup game is completely changed!
I’m not usually a huge Chinook mall fan because it’s so busy, but from here on out I will be coming to this location for my makeup needs. Also, take advantage of the points system!! Get emails and load things to your card because I spent 130 dollars and walked out with 14,000 points because of additional point perks!!!

I went in on Tuesday June 21st and was looking to buy some perfume, I was helped by Taylor who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all the different perfumes and what the actual scents were and was very patient in letting me sample a few before finally finding the perfect one! He is an asset to this store!

I usually visit this location in the evening after the mall has closed. All the night staff are extremely friendly. I usually shop here enough that by the end of the year I have saved enough shoppers points that i can redeem 175 bucks worth of free stuff. I would also love to mention my experience early this morning. Shoppers chinook does have a few pharmacists that are able to provide a rapid strep test for 15 bucks if you have a sore throat. I couldn't take the pain anymore and my doctors office wasn't open yet. Dominique the night pharmacist was able to do the strep test and when it came out positive was able to give me some antibiotics and send over my results to my doctor. She's extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I am so thankful for this service, it's very convenient.

The cashier at the front (can't remember her name) with green hair was one of the nicest people I have ever encountered in a sales position. If any managers read this please look into your staff being more like her. Very fast checkout, great manners and a smile the entire time! Thanks!

Dylan at the beauty boutique really made my shopping experience an enjoyable one. He was really patient in answering all my questions and helped me choose products based on my needs. This was a my first visit to the Shopper's beauty boutique section and I will definitely be back!

Taylor was incredible in assisting myself and my girlfriend today. With amazing knowledge and expertise , we felt like we were shopping with a friend. Taylor’s natural charisma and service was probably the best I’ve come across in retail.
