Went there to get a new phone. The sales rep I was talking to was very nice and informative about the plans offered. Jastej was kind, reasonable and very good at explaining things. Excellent customer service.

Large selection of office and household items. Nice store, but the security workers can be kind of intense sometimes. I don't necessarily blame them as the location tends to attract shoplifters, but it feels like a bit too much when you're just trying to browse.

Came in for paper shredding for personal & business sensitive documents. The staff are so friendly & helpful, shredding my paperwork while I shopped around for business supplies. Plenty of floor staff available, asking if I needed any help finding anything. Great location & quick friendly service!

Excellent service at the printing department...I have been there twice in a month to print from file and have received excellent customer service from all the staff in that department.

This is a pretty nice staples. The staff are the nicest I've dealt with in any Staples. It's also surprisingly big considering its location. There are office supplies, computers (although it's a poor selection and over priced), ink, school supplies, fax services, print services, computers with internet for rent on site, you can get cleaning supplies, snacks, printing machines and lots of other things but that's the general idea.

For a place called Staples, they don't have much for actual staples. I did buy a pair of Bluetooth earbuds that were defective out of the box, and they quickly replaced them with a working pair, so that was nice. 5 stars

Talking about the print department. Great friendly staff. Alan is very knowledgeable. I like dealing with these people and use them often.

Had to get a document from my phone printed. A wonderful lady at the counter took pity on me and had me out the door in minutes. Thank you.

Great service by the staff, every office task they have an option to do it. Prices are fair, and equipment is well maintained. Premises are clean and attractive. I recommend this store for anything related to office work from copies up to computers and printers.

Lovely service, I usually go to Staples for the printing service; and usually they have a few things off. For example; the corners missing, the image isn't rotated right side up, or too light or dark.

But this location's printing services are really good; I was very pleasantly surprised and I'm very glad to recommend this place :)

The staffs in printing square were so friendly and helpful.

I went to print out few documents and my visit was awesome. It was fast and hassle free.
There were printers available which can be used with email and credit card.

I like this Chinook location Staples and staffs. They are all friendly and kind. I had pleasant experiences and love to visit often.

Especially thanks to Allen made my thick RCM piano and voice books easy to flip and last long with plastic coils. Very thoughtful and professional works! I had heard good reputation from one of other piano teachers with him at this location before! So I tried! The reputation is true.

I will bring my other books to be done with Allen.

I ordered a photo print online today January 4 and picked it up around 330pm and found it not exactly like I wanted it, he was patient and we tried to print it in smaller size and I printed other photos as well
He was Cooperative and showed me how to use the 4*6 to print photos by myself in the future. Thank you I will be back for sure.
Also at the same location another employee was very friendly unfortunately I didn't pay attention to the name but employee there are very welcoming and friendly
