Always wicked cool stuff when I go inside. Leave everything with something neat even if it's just something small and novelty. Like Pokémon oreos. Got them for my husband and he found a mew!
Being an insider has its perks too.

Such unique items

Their products are unique based as they are on TV only products. Sometimes a good deal sometimes not so know what you are buying. Friendly staff, not crowded.

Good service. However their attitude towards other customers may vary as I witnessed a group of teens being yelled at. If you are planning to visit this location, at least be polite towards the staff.

Goods cover a wide range of categories but of debatable quality and features. With the price of their "smart" light strips that don't work with Alexa or Google assistant I could have gotten some Philips hue lights.

You are forced to sign up for spam emails/SMS before you can purchase anything. The price displayed under the item was not the price it rang up as, and the employee working there was neither apologetic nor empathetic. He rudely said he'd just refund me and not argue with me about the price.

Horrible store The manager kicks you out for having a back pack on doesn't let you touch the displays/demos. Never come here most of the items are wayy over priced you can buy cheaper at walmart! Do not believe them when they say you have to be a member to buy things. Grown man who works at a silly trendy store named Chris, and another worker that doesn’t even acknowledge you just casually biting her nails in the store passed by her and had a whiff of her poor hygiene, can’t even make herself presentable for work. Today they made an 11 year old create an account (even though she doesn’t have her own phone number) and sold her warranty for a pair of slippers!!! My daughter was there with her friend and my daughter gave my phone number when making a purchase because I have an account but they wouldn’t let her friend use my account to buy a pair of slippers, they said she had to have her own. They made her give them a phone number (which she doesn’t have, she had to give her parent’s number), name and email!!! And then they change $3 for warranty on the slippers 🤦‍♀ Not cool.

Horrible store, I have 3 things to say.
1. Why would they need my account, do they really need my personal info?
2. Why are the pricing there so Expensive? It's like buying the same thing 5 times more expensive than original 3.I got kicked out by the manager just for playing with plushies.
This is offensive and not acceptable. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!
