Great Place to get a vaccine! Took my father who was hesitant to get the vaccine. The ladies working there 2 Friday's ago, I believe it was Moe and Lina, where outstanding! Not only did they manage the line up of people trying to pick up their regular prescriptions but also were doing COVID vaccinations in between. Hardest working duo in the business in my opinion, while keeping their spirit nice and friendly. Will definitely bring my Father in for the 2nd shoot. I also recommend anyone who has any reservations about getting the shoot by someone who is qualified and friendly to come here! 100%. Head Office better watch out, these two ladies would make a great addition to any pharmacy team, especially now since its hard to find anyone good or anyone willing to work at all.

The staff at this location are wonderful!! I want to highlight Michelle, Helena, Peter and Kim as they always go above and beyond to help her customers.

Unlike the other negative review that are only about the pharmacy, mine is about the store itself. Amazing staff and great selection for a small store. I come here all the time, it so much less crowded the SDM, and most of the time the sales are about the same. So coming here is less stressful and enjoyable when shopping. I do recommend coming here, and for seniors know you are always welcomed and someone will help you. I have seen seniors walkout of SDM because no one would help them if they couldnt find something, but here you will not be ignored.

Both pharmacists were helpful and patient with my prescription. They even recommended something that 2 separate Dr's at trillium hospital didn't prescribe me and I feel much better now!

They charge service fees on the same Rx on & off?! Not consistent. Note to self: don't go back. PMP is free...

They give you flu shots, covid vaccine: come back here if the other better place runs out! It's quick service for me. Husband books it online & we wait for the pharmacist and then we're off to enjoy life without the worries of getting sick. This world is full of bacteria & dirty people, so wash your hands!

Went there today the cashier Helena was very helpful and treated me with respect. Something that has been loss in the customer service side of things. Thank you for the pleasant start to my day.

I’ve never had a perception filled here and likely won’t after reading all the negative comments about the pharmacist in other reviews. I can only speak to my own experience of quickly running into the store to buy things like candy and gift cards. On those occasions, the cashiers have always been pleasant. I felt bad the last time when she had to deal with a group of teenagers who were clearly in the store for other reasons than making a purchase. She tried to handle the situation to the best of her abilities before calling for security.

Looks and feels a little disheveled. Got a great deal on about to expire vitamins, though.

Booked our Covid booster shots for entire which I thought would have been easier than going through Provincial system.

I book everything Monday and fill out all the forms one by one as their system will only let you book one person at a time.

I did not get a questionnaire prior to appointment which made me wonder. I did get a reminder 1 hour before appointment today

I get there minus 1 person as they were feverish in the morning and repeated our the names of the 3 of us that showed up a few times. We then took a seat.

I'm with kids and waited about 25 minutes before hearing anything. Our first appointment was for 5 30 and we were there on time

I was then told that they had the boosters for 5-12 year olds but there was a system issue and they couldn't give kids boosters.

Waste. Of. Time

Didn't feel there was much sympathy around the situation. Was told I can just walk in tomorrow to get it done but then suggested perhaps an appointment. Nevermind...

The pharmacist are not friendly at all. They are unpleasant!

May be scamming people into paying more than they should for their prescriptions. I went to pickup my fathers prescription and he was told it would be about $20 when dropping off. The pharmacist charged an additional $53. The receipt just showed "prescription". She claimed it was the remaining deductible that my father had left to pay. My father went back to ask about this and she now claims it was for medication given earlier that was not paid for. That medication was cancelled never fulfilled. She seems to making up different stories for different people. After questioning this, she immediately refunded the additional $53. Will definitely be reporting this incident to the board.

I had an UTI and my family doctor was away for 5 days and they suggested me to pick up some antibiotics in the pharmacy for now. I got this rexall pharmacy and was turned away and was told to go to a walk in clinic instead because the pharmacist was busy
