A bit confusing but when you ask the associate they will tell you, woman clothing is first floor and men is 3rd floor, second is perfumes

The Hudson's Bay at Square One has an excellent photo studio. I recently had my family session and passport ID photos taken there, and they turned out amazing. The photographers were incredibly welcoming and professional. You can find them on the top floor of Hudson's Bay at Square One.

I'm writing on behalf of my mom and I to express how impressed and satisfied we are by Avneet's service and expertise the other day which, she helped us in the perfume dpmt. The weekend before V-day, Avneet walked us through numerous colognes as we were in need of purchasing a couple for gifts. We found her to be highly knowledgable, respectful, and going above and beyond for us. Thank you so much, Avneet for your help and suggestions! One of the greatest Hudson's Bay locations I've been to!! They have an incredible selection on EVERYTHING, specially all the high end make up and skincare brands. I was also able to findfind exclusive designer items like the Jenner/Kardashian endorsed Calvin Klein underwear collection. There's many things to see here especially during the holiday season.

Nice department store with a huge range of fashion and beauty brands. Went here to buy a pair of polos and found good deal at Rodd and Gunn section. I was served by Maria and she was awesome. Thank you Maria for a great customer service and leaving us with a smile. Will definitely return for another visit

Always a great place where if you are diligent enough you fine brand name items for less

Sometimes you look for brands you’ve seen in other countries and you can’t find them, try Hudson’s bay or the Bay. A Spanish brand has Men’s line but hard to find, I found their Denim jacket at the Bay. So now every now and then I visit the Bay to check out something out of the familiar or uncommon.

This outlet gives you more options compared to Erin Mill. I love the promotional items and the staff are friendly.

Regular discounts offered on many items. All items nicely displayed, good customer service.

I visited this store today as I wanted to check out the bedding selection. During browsing, I had an asthma attack and needed some privacy to use my puffer. A wonderful woman named Michelle (manager of this store) came up to my partner asking if I was okay, needed water, needed a more private space & if there was anything she could do to provide me a more comfortable experience while in the store. This meant the world to me, as people aren’t usually kind towards these health needs in my experience.
Michelle made the experience beyond enjoyable and easy and I am so appreciative for her care.

I usually help myself at this location during the frequent visits but this past mother's day in particular will be a memorable one. I was in such a rush to get a new perfume as a gift, since one I previously ordered was delivered damaged. As I browsed almost immediately in the perfumes/colognes departments one of the employees Rohit/Rohan (apologies for forgetting the name) was of immediate help. He was very understanding and recommended a great perfume set that my mom still talks about up until today which is months later. He also included a travel bag that paired perfectly with that set, that was the best compliment for the perfume I was purchasing. He also gift wrapped the set very swiftly and saved me so much time having to get it done somewhere else. I'm definitely looking for him again when I need a perfume/cologne gift.

5 stars to the wonderful lady at the Lancôme counter. She has big glasses and a great, big personality that keeps me going there!

I would like to give my feedback regarding a recent experience that I had . I bought Chanel blue perfume from square one store in Mississauga as a gift for my husband on his birthday. The saleswoman named Juliette helped me choosing it , and she was so kind and patient. I like her dedication to her job as it was not the first time she helped me . She is really always helpful and does the perfect wrapping ever .
On the other side l been to Erin mills town centre store in March and the saleswoman wasn’t helping me much, she had no other customers bt I felt she just rushed me out
I asked for wrapping and paper bags bt she had nothing
So I was upset at that time .
