Yesterday approximately between 12 and 1 I had used the self checkout. It was giving a really hard time, however Lynn one of the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful! Every time the machine was providing an issue, she calmly helped us checkout our items. It was a good experience.

My go-to place for all the grocery needs. Friendly staff, quick service, reasonable prices, ample parking.

All your shopping needs. Lots of variety. Fruits vegetables fresh. Prices are very good compared to other grocers. Store recently updated their front end added self serve check out and all check outs updated. Line is moving quickly now. There is also a lot of parking at this location

Another example of a very well managed sparkling clean and well organized Food Basics store in a convenient location right off Burnhamthorpe connected to a little mall.

Shelves well stocked with sale items, store brightly lit and very clean.

Disinfectant wipes dispensers near the entrance to the store and near meat section are a nice touch 👍👍👍

Good selection of nice looking produce including quite a few local Ontario grown fruits and veggies 👍👍👍

Halal freshly grilled chicken looks 😋😋😋 and its price is as low as Costco's!

Very well stocked meat and poultry section. Good selection of Organic eggs, Organic milk, Organic cream, Organic eggs and Organic baby food.

Good selection of yummy La Rocca bakery frozen cakes (at a VERY good price).

Well stocked ice cream section that even had the Rolo and Smarties ice cream that is on sale this week.

Even though you still need to put a coin in the shopping cart (to use the shopping cart) the mechanism gives you a choice to either use a Quarter or a Loony.

Lots of free parking spots in the plaza. Handicapped spots to the right of the entrance. Wheelchair accessible entrance in wheelchair accessible store.

I was looking for some flowers and they have decent varieties of flowers/plants. The parking is pretty huge and that is not a problem.
Fruits and vegetable have organic section and they are at good deals. They don’t price match but are priced less already

My neighborhood grocery store wow! I never thought that their prices would hike so much, I can't even afford to buy salad so yesterday I tried another grocery and it was 2 for I left with 3 items it's depressing how i wish i could boycott
