Came here several times over the years for laptop repair and the service is always great and staff is really knowledgeable.

I have been using this store for about a year now , and today the boss man’s son really impressed me by exchanging my iPhone charging cable.

Usually stores give you such a hard time but these guys were very understanding.

5/5 and I am very hard to please and usually get into arguments with sales reps .

EXCELLENT service. FAIR Prices. My "refurbished" desktop from a Big Box store was a waste of money. Bob at PCTech here build me a great system for a decent price. He's also an Apple geek, so I'm taking my old MacbookPro there next. This kind of service used to be common, but the old school geeks have retired or been run out of business. So very happy to find someone like Bob. HIGHLY recommended. The store is NOT fancy, and there is a limited stock, but I ordered a machine and had it in 3 days. He sells you what you need and tells you what is wrong. Hoping to get your computer fixed in Mississauga? go here. Yes, he will charge you a little bit to diagnose your broken machine - but his experience is worth the money. He didn't upsell me stuff I didn't need. I might just get a spare laptop from him next.

Very bad customer experience, owner will yell at girl customer.

Very expensive, for second hand computer sold for 300 dollars, new computer is about 400. And install windows7 cost me 100 dollars after tax.

Very none professional. Did not solve my computer problem. And power is not tight anymore, and could not be charged. Owner said we damaged by ourselves. But before we sent the computer to the store, it is tight.

So we spend 100 dollars and complete damaged my computer, and people yell at me.
