I don't have a Popeye's where I live so when I was in Dartmouth I had to stop in. The store was packed with everything and very clean. Friendly staff which just encourages me to continue to shop at Popeye's.

This was my first time visiting the store. I was looking for a protein powder that didn’t really taste like the typical protein powder. The gentleman that helped me took the time to go over the the different brands & even offered me samples. I was very appreciative & pleased with my purchase & definitely will be returning.

I had a terrific experience. For the first time I was given small samples of products (2), which lead to me purchasing one. This should be offered more often as it is beneficial for both the client and business (fewer returns for not liking) The sales person was very engaged in our transaction and offered real life advise based on personal experience, which was helpful as it fit into the transaction we had, and he was knowledgeable on the products. Mission accomplished in terms of sales technique and I'm happy with my purchase, I think mostly as a result of knowing exactly what I was buying because I had the opportunity to taste test it.

We always have a great experience when we visit Popeyes. The staff are amazing and and very knowledgeable. You know you meet good customer service when they remember your name and you haven't visited the store in months!

The man who was working was extremely informative, it was my first time seeing this gentleman and he knew all of the products very well. He wasn’t worried about just making the sale, but genuinely wanted to make sure I was getting what I was looking for, it was nice not just being shoved random products I know I’d never use, but actually listened to my wants/ needs. 10/10.

I am a 64 year old lady who had never been in this shop. I wasn't sure of what I was looking for; all I had was a picture of a product on my phone. As soon as I walked in the young man gave me a big smile and said hello. I wanted to have a look around first before I asked any questions and I was happy to be given the time. Once I had done a circle of the store the young man approached me and asked if I needed any help. Once he showed me the product I was looking for and answered all my questions with knowledge and patience I felt happy with my purchase. It was a pleasure shopping at Popeye's and I hope all the staff was as pleasant as the young man of Irish decent that helped me last Thursday.

Love going to Popeyes Dartmouth. Our last experience stood out as I had my one year old daughter with me and the gentleman working was so kind and interacting with her while being knowledgeable in all the products we were inquiring about. He took the time to chat and wasn’t pushy but cared about what we needed even while it was a little busy and he was working alone. Highly recommend!

Every visit I make to this store the staff are always EXTREMELY knowledgeable! Popeyes must have a wicked training system because they literally know everything! They all are also very nice! The only flaw is business related. I hope maybe in the near future this location on main St will move to a more accessible spot with more parking and easier Access to the busy street by not being on a busy street.

Popeye’s is my #1 for anything fitness. The folks are beyond helpful with finding what you need or getting it in stock - I couldn’t recommend them more!!

Hi wanted to share my experience at Popeyes in dartmouth. From the time l walked into the store. I was greeted with a welcome. I adresses my concerns. The gentleman didn’t have the answers and went beyond to asked the the other gentleman that worked there. With the both of them they gave all the information l needed. I really do appreciate there service they have given me. I have not have costumer service like that in along time.
