Visited multiple times in December for purchase of Gaming Laptop, Printer, Keyboard and headphones.
Tech guy Amer helped me every time to get best boxing day deals on everything and he has a vast knowledge of all gadgets.

Printed off photos, super easy and the 2 customer service reps were awesome. There were some very impolite people and both of them handled it very professionally. Not sure why people treat customer service so poorly. These 2 employees deserve a raise and some praise on how they handled the situation. This was at the staples in Unicity at 1250 pm.

Ordered online. Forgot some stuff made a second order an hour after the first and both orders were ready in under 2 hrs. Excellent service by multiple employees. Got exactly what I needed.

Great customer service. I had a return item for Wayfair and a sales associate very helpful with printing return label and getting my package ready for shipment. I found a new shredder that I really like. 👍

Saturday evening right before closing time, I went to print off a label and return a parcel. The person who helped me was class act 👌Very polite and happy, he went above expectations to promptly print off the label and tape up the box I hadn’t yet been able to do and basically just took it from there. Made everything quick and effortless for me. Thank you!

Jordan at the Copy & Print centre in Unicity Winnipeg store went above & beyond

When I went to pick up order on Friday discovered that 2 posters had not been sent out for lamination. Now processing time would be too late for an event. Store manager was not helpful. Gave excuses but no action.

Jordan stepped in, contacted upper management to escalate & got product in good time.

Also communicated with me along the way. Without her action I likely would not have continued dealing with This store.

I was there last week and Lawrence helped me in the copying section. I am not the best at adjusting paper size and using the machines but he was AMAZING! He spoke to me like it was understandable, put aside what he was working on and helped me to print off the ultrasound pictures for our new baby. This guy deserve big props for all of his help. Thanks so much!!!

Very helpful in locating the laptop that I needed. Went back with laptop one month past extended warranty period as it wouldn't power up or charge due to loose power port on laptop. Their techs couldn't help and they weren't interested in sending it out for repairs. We took it to CDC and the tech there took 2 minutes to solve the problem. The laptop had a second power port for a type C charger, it cost $75.00 to be able to use the laptop again. They were willing to fix the main port but said it would cost around $150. Very disappointed with Staples and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I got a tote bag from staples at a very genuine price, it was on clearance. The bag was from grey matter. The staff is quite friendly and professional too.

good location. enough parking is available. products are not too economical so price match etc. the main reason of updating my review status is that i went there for printouts and left my usb by mistake. the moment i realize that i don't have my usb with me they were close already. i thought of visiting them the next day, which i had almost forgot of if i haven't received call from guy lawrence. i went there today and found my usb drive was securely locked in their office or tech room etc. i did have my information in there which was crucial but i wasn't dying for that but the way they handled it, made me write good about this store. i expect same or even better service like this. very good example of customer service i.e. rarely seen especially when we are going through this time. i wish you guys good luck for the future. stay fit and healthy

I, too, love coming here for many reasons. I find the staff very friendly, helpful and always with good info many times. The store is very clean and stuff so easy to find. I also find good deals.

I am real glad this store is in my neighbourhood.

Great customer service

I'm involved with computer graphics and rely on Staples Unicity for my supplies. Their stock is always maintained and if local supply is an issue, they will extend themselves to expedite as quickly as possible. All associates from manager to sales staff are extremely professional, attentive and helpful. A positive shopping experience at Staples Unicity, Winnipeg!!

Quiet on day I was there. Personel were friendly. Store set up well and health regulations in place.

I get immediate attention when I shop here. It's nice to have an employee on the floor help me find items I am looking for.
