There was a delay on my Christmas cards that I paid for express printing, went in and Holly refunded me for the cards and when she tried to ring them in again at the lower cost they couldn’t find the sky for online cards. She ended up giving them to me for free. Amazing customer service and I will always be ordering my cards from them going forward! Thanks Holly!

Ample parking, great selection always clean and friendly staff. I love that it is also an amazon drop off.

I walked down to Staples with my dog; I needed some printer paper. They had lots of printer paper and when I paid they had little dog treats for my dog.

In the past month, we've been in to the store 3 times to use the print and copy services at this location. Each time there has been an issue with attachments not working or the files being too big for the print me app that an employee had to help us each time. Thankfully for us that super helpful employee was Dru! Dru, you saved us so much time and frustration; thank you so so much for all your help, knowledge and friendly service. I was so happy to see that you were working the second and third times we visited the store because I knew we would have everything done quickly, efficiently and from someone who has great customer service.

My daughter and I were in there today to print a few photos and were told they couldn't be ready quickly like most photo places. My daughter is going through a sudden passing of a great friend and when the sales associate Dru seen her break down he immediately helped her and got the photos printed asap, he couldn't due enough to help us out. He was spectacular and we can't thank him enough. I wish there were more employees like him. He is totally above a 5 star employee !!

Staples at the Woodlawn Mall Shopping Centre is a very good place to shop. I was there on Monday June 29th and I went in not exactly knowing where the items I was shopping for would have been located, but they were right adjacent to me and when I went to check out the items, the lady at the check out was very smart and knowledgable and also very friendly. She had a great work ethic and I would shop there again because of the way I was treated. She knew all about the items I had purchased when I questioned her regarding them and when I had gotten the items home and had used them, I found out the information I had received from her was correct, so thank you Mary and Staples.

The team at this Staples is always so helpful, and they know their products well. Melissa in particular is brilliant, she doesn't try to sell you on more than you need, and is a wiz with setups and software. I've never asked her something she couldn't answer for me. Lovely, friendly staff who pay attention to customer care.

Absolutely great customer service! Went there to do some printing/copying...machine jammed up so the staffer not only made our copies for us but gave us some bonus copies for free for our trouble/inconvenience. So great to exceed expectations and be willing to do so without any request or complaints - just did the right thing! As businesses should! So good!!! Thank you Staples!!!

Amber at the copy center was super nice and really helpful! Went in and took me 5 minutes to get a copy printed from an email and a photo copy on the machine. Would have taken me forever to figure it out. Give that girl a raise! Thanks Amber 🤚

I have a life-long love-affair with Staples. Sometimes when I need to unwind from a stressful day, I take a walk through the stationary section. If I'm not there, you can find me ogling the pencils....it's all about the sharpener FYI. I can still remember the first time I brought my daughter into a Staples. There's a special section in her baby book about it.
Woodlawn Staples is my go-to for everything. Great staff, great service, lots to offer.

A young woman named Amanda recently helped me and my daughter print off 150 last minute programs for a wedding. She even found us the special paper we needed and offered advice to make things look better. What was a stressful moment for us was done with ease by Amanda's help. Truly thankful for the professional assistance.

We had a very positive experience with Staples employee Dru who helped us self publish a child’s book entitled “3 for MUNCH!” Without his help we would never been able to put the manuscript together for publishing. The cost was Surprisingly reasonable.
