I was able to order the book The river kings by Taylor brown . The service was great and it only took a week to get the book ordered to the store for pick up.

The staff at Coles was great. I didn’t realise they are part of Indigo/Chapters so be ready with your Plum rewards. There is a great selection of fiction for adults and kids, cookbooks, etc. Their stationary section had some great journals and pens (all the cool ones from TikTok) and some handy little gifts.

Great mall! Very well maintained toilets CLEAN! Good variety of of fast food they also have an fantastic coffee bar with seating area. I only wish that they would come up with an idea to have an indoor market. Where ordinary people who aren't corporation's can sell their stuff. Every single store would benefit. Even so, it's still a great mall!

A beautiful park. The nature center is a bonus and must see with their displays, coffee specialties etc. We viewed the salmon spawning too. The count was 800+ that day by a posting outside the nature center. Great showers too. Hot water!

Great selection of stores to take care of all your needs with save-on-foods, mark's work wear house, Walmart, ect has trolly transit as well as public bus. Great location as well being close to the water and nearby park.

I order my groceries online and am able to drive up to the door and they load them into my trunk. I love this service during this difficult time. They do a great job filling my orders. Safeway in Nelson does the best flower arrangements. Thanks to Lua!!

In the mall they have other stores like coles books and marks work wear house there and other places besides food courts and its changed a bit in the mall, but still have to wear a mask if it crowded, but all in all it was awesome will be back soon again ❤🥰😇

Great book store lots of stock and can order anything litterly anything. It's also connected to chapters so if chapters has it you can probably get it.

Nice mall. Small and quaint, staff are friendly. Usually quite clean. It could use a lot more spaces leased out, only about half full right now.

Reading books is good. I dislike when a shopkeeper bugs you with : 'can I help you"'s and they don't do that there. Thumb s up

It reminded me of my home town,the store is excellent.

Rhea is amazing. Always finds what I need. Gets me a decent price. She is a strong leader and she is why I make the extra effort to buy locally. Lucky to have her as a sales manager

I have been met graciously by 96% of the staff at the stores at Chahko-Mika. The head of maintenance is rude and dismissive. When I called him out a woman from the liquor store interrupted and exiled me. Good thing I don't drink.

Main stores: Save on foods, Liquor store in mall. Mark's warehouse and other Clothing stores and accessories. Chapters, Salon, Petstore and Cell phone booth in mall near Walmart. A few choices to eat for for all on both ends of mall. Something for everyone!

Food court, Walmart, liquor store, Save-On Foods, Shoppers Drug Mart, Service Canada, clothing and book and cigar/newspaper shoppe.

Shoppers is open until 10 PM so you can get your prescriptions transferred there if you can't make it at an earlier time.

Seasonal/Holiday kiosks and events such as Trick-or-Treating and Meet Santa and tax assistance.

Sky-lights and seating throughout for your waiting spouse's comfort or your own.

Coffee shop "JAVA" with smoothies, food, specialty coffees and WIFI and a bathroom for customers.

Pretty neat mall and very cozy. Not a large selection of stores but that's because it's in a small town. For the Nelson it's perfect sized. I'm a visitor and I thought it was quite lovely.

Delicious. Such a good combination of of flavor and texture for their MAC-rib burger. Hands down a winner for me this year's Nelson Burger Month!

Excellent customer service and great place to bring the whole family and get all your shopping needs completed. A variety of fantastic shops and food service restaurants with great atmosphere and prices.

Great selection of books. I have always been given good recommendations by the staff working there. It's also really convenient for pickup online orders from off of the indigo website.
