My recent visit to Staples Photoshop left me thoroughly impressed. The staff were incredibly helpful, professional, polite, and friendly throughout my experience. Their expertise and willingness to assist made my visit seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend Staples Photoshop to anyone in need of their services and will definitely be recommending it to my friends. Keep up the fantastic work!

This review is more of a shout-out to Jatin at the Print Center on Gottingen for his phenomenal customer service! He helped me combine all my files into multiple PDFs based on what I needed for each section, and when I told him I was in a bit of a time crunch, he put in the extra effort to get everything ready for me that same day!!! Give this man a raise! Thanks so much for your help, Jatin!

I received great advice and support regarding a purchase of earphones. Leon was such a polite, knowledgeable tech assistant at the Gottingen store as well as over the phone on two different occasions. He helped explain in-store products, phoned other locations to find the desired product and was such a helpful staff member. Thank you Leon!

I experienced great customer service in the printout / copy section. These folks are doing their best. Manager Kevin went above and beyond. He granted me a very fair refund when the copying machine messed up. However, quality of the printouts was great. I was very pleased with the service.

It was a short trip and was a great one to needed few stuff and with the guidance of aisle it was super fast

I ordered a customized next day calendar using the Staples Canada website 5 days before a friend's going away. One day before the event, I received an email because the order was cancelled. I called the number on the email and was met with a generic spokesperson who denied Staples Canada had any responsibility and directed me to contact the local store instead. I was told the Staples website has been having problems and many calendars submitted did not upload with their photos. Bottom line: the calendar I spent hours making was lost.

Cody at the Gottingen location was a superhero. In this new era of dying customer service, he was professional, caring and PROVIDED SOLUTIONS to the issue. He stayed on the phone and tested the website with me to make sure any calendar order was received by the store. I made a new calendar and he made sure it was printed overnight and ready for the next day. Even though he was not working the next day, he demonstrated excellence in continuity of care by passing along the message to the manager taking over the next day. He even followed his next shift to make sure the calendar was received.

What started as an awful situation was fine, all thanks to Cody's empathy, communication and problem solving skills!

This store is centrally located, near downtown and many other businesses. I had a debit paper emergency, low and behold a Staples was only a 3 minute walk away! A very bright and clean store as well. Not much for parking in their own parking lot, but plenty of street parking available.

I made a banner for my son’s homecoming - he had been deployed for 6 months. I couldn’t be there for the event but some close friends and his girlfriend were there so I wanted them to have a banner to hold up for him welcoming him home. Staples in Halifax not only helped me get the banner shipped on time, they offered to ship it to the place my son’s girlfriend was staying at. When I wrote to ask how much the shipping would be, they told me it was on Staples. So grateful and impressed with this over and above service. They made a very important day even more memorable. What a class act!

Staff here are super helpful. Especially I would like to mention a young staff Leon, who is so knowlegable and patient. It was our first time to buy a chromebook and we don't know too much about these products before entering the store. Leon answered all our questions professionally with great patience. And he also helped setting the new machine and explained all our HOWs. Afterwards, the Easycare service provided by Staples is also amazing. We called the hotline when we faced software problems, they always could help to solve over the phone right away. Wonderful and carefree service! I highly recommand buying computers in this lovely store!

The crew at the copy/shipping area is quite competent and friendly. They seem to understand that the are dealing with a wide range of needs. They also seem to have a great camaraderie which makes them wonderful at keeping each other apprised around projects and customers. Good team morale = good service.

The staff of the design and printing dept are so nice here. They listen to you and give the best help if it’s an emergency. It’s the best Staples store in Halifax!

I had a very satisfying experience with the thorough diagnostic of my laptop, which was well overdue for a check-up and had numerous problems. The technician was excelllent! He explained everything in clear detail and gave me back a fully restored laptop at a good price.

I visited the store for the first time as a new Haligonian in search of an office chair. As soon as I walked into the furniture section, a salesperson asked me if he could help me find what I was looking for. He was very helpful in my selection of an appropriate chair for my home office in my price range. Excellent customer service, and one the best Staples stores I have visited in Nova Scotia. Good selection of products. Highly recommended.

Great service! I was looking all over the city to make a passport photo for my 2.5 month newborn. I got a rejection in a few places before I came to Staples.

Excellent Service in the computer technical department. We were traveling from out of town in Halifax for a conference. My wife was presenting at a conference when her computer hard drive died. I was greeted in the repair department by technician by the name of Ali who was very knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem with the computer and had the computer back to us within a day for my wife to be able to continue with her presentation . A++++ recommendation.

Here you can take print out by using your own devices or by using staple computer. Although if you use staple computer then you need to pay charge towards it. You can pay by staple cash card or credit or debit card. You will get almost each and every item of stationery, office chair and desk and also electronic hardware such as Bluetooth, computer, laptop, pads, headphones etc.
